Version 1.1 puts a Legendary Aniimo in the game for the first time. Irisalis is not caught in the open world and is not sold in a shop — she is the end of a crafting chain that runs on a new currency, and that currency is metered out week by week until December. The clock started with the September 23 maintenance, and the Legendary Journey itself opens two days later.
Quick answer: First attain Student I. Use the newly available weekly source to collect Iris Petals, pay 99 for the Legendary Aniipod: Irisalis, and defeat her in the Breezy Plains Rift Space to make her your friend.
Unlock requirements and event windows in Aniimo 1.1
Version 1.1 has no purchase gate, although nearly everything requires a title rank. Check your rank before mapping out the week, since the two toughest activities require levels unavailable to a new account. The dates use server time, with each server resetting at 04:00 according to its own clock.

Student I lands at character level 25, so the Legendary track is reachable for anyone who has worked through the early story. The maintenance window has already ended and every Pathfinder registered before 1.1 receives 500 Glimmer as compensation. Restart the client if you have not since the servers came back, otherwise you will still be on the old build.
Iris Petals: where they come from and why the weekly cap matters
The Legendary Journey uses Iris Petals, its pink flower currency, and the 1.1 source for them is capped weekly. That restriction governs the next two and a half months. Waiting until the last week will not work: the supply arrives according to a release schedule instead of being available to farm all at once in the world.
Completing areas, quests, and Alpha challenges provides Petals, making normal exploration a direct way to advance the Legendary track. Revisit regions you have left unfinished; doing so is the quickest route to the required 99.
You can still earn petals by exploring the Breezy Plains while Trail of Butterfly Shadows is active, but the event ends on September 25. Complete all of its milestones before the next journey takes its place.
How to get Irisalis: the full chain
Once Irisalis joins you, the Main Story section gains a weekly rematch. Each attempt costs Primegy, with two claims allowed per week and the allowance refreshing every Monday at 04:00. The Legendary Journey shop also sells the Floral Rainbow Feather, a held item available in Rare, Epic and Legendary grades; its sole effect makes summoned clones deal 30% additional damage.
Legendary Aniipod: Windchaser’s Departure and the guaranteed perfect capture
The second craft is the one collectors are tracking. Once the Irisalis pod is finished, you keep spending Iris Petals to make the Legendary Aniipod: Windchaser’s Departure, at 49 petals each. The in-game text is blunt about what it does.
When used, catching an Aniimo is guaranteed to succeed, its Potential is Perfect, and it will always be Sparkling.
On top of that it carries the exclusive seasonal perks tied to Windchaser’s Departure. A guaranteed catch with Perfect Innate Potential and a Sparkling Form is the strongest single item the season has shown, and petals are finite, so decide which Aniimo deserves one before you burn it.
Mobile launch, cross-platform progress and Boundless Twining
Version 1.1 launches the game globally on mobile for iOS and Android as well. Your collection, home plot and title progress transfer over, making mobile another access point for the same account instead of a new beginning. Cross-platform progress is shared only when both platforms use the same server, and servers remain separate, so select your existing server when you first sign in on mobile.
Boundless Twining rewards that first cross-platform login, once per account. Logging in on PC or console and on mobile each pays out, with a larger bundle when both are done, plus 5 Growth Flower per login. Downloads and device requirements are on the official Aniimo site.
Chaos Mode and Holo-Battle Interlink
Operation: Egg Heist Team Mode — Chaos
Chaos is the top difficulty for Egg Heist and unlocks from September 24 at 04:00 server time. Entry needs a Chaos Ticket and Tier IV Elite Egg Seeker, a rank that already lists Chaos access among its perks. It pays much higher rates of Prismana Aniimo Eggs and Prismatic Collectibles, with a chance at ultra-rare Secret Collectibles, and it enforces strict escape conditions. Bring a team.
Holo-Battle Interlink
Interlink requires Trailblazer I and is available each week from Thursday 04:00 until Monday 03:59. A team of four players, or AI replacements, faces Alpha encounters reconstructed from the Institute’s records. Every cycle has three routes, with different Alphas and field mechanics on each one. In co-op, the team leader chooses the lineup and buffs before combat, after which they are locked.
Routes can be replayed freely. The system keeps your best Star Rank on each route independently and pays milestone rewards on the combined total, with separate Support Rewards for helping other Pathfinders raise theirs. Both reward tracks reset weekly. This is not the solo Holo-Battle Sim.
The rest of the 1.1 event calendar
- Glamour Star: Floral Soirée — dress an Aniimo to match the theme and submit it for scoring, with rewards at score milestones. Retry as often as you like.
- Aniimo Discovery: Dazmand — a Lightning support Aniimo tracked with Search Attempts. Free attempts refill periodically but do not stack, and Vein Essence buys more.
- Journey Chronicles — a login event running through October, paying travel gifts across seven login days.
Dazmand’s research quests are all about the creature itself: catch 3, 5, 10 and 20 of them, win fights with it deployed, use its skills and Ultimate, and catch one rated Elite or better. The twentieth catch hands over a Perfect Dazmand Egg, and research progress unlocks Search Buffs at the Research Center.
Vein Abundance: Rosetower Woods, then Berylline Vale
Surges in Vein energy pull special Prismana Form Aniimo into two Breezy Plains regions for a week each. Prismana Form Melloblum appears at Rosetower Woods from September 28 to October 5, then Prismana Form Waleetle takes over at Berylline Vale from October 5 to October 12. Rosetower Woods covers levels 43 to 50 and is the denser of the two, with 92 chests and 43 ecological points across the map.
Berylline Vale sits lower, at levels 40 to 47, with 59 chests, two bonfires and two transporters. If you are still filling in exploration for petals, the week each region is boosted is the efficient time to clear it.
Shop additions and quality-of-life changes
Shop – Featured carries the Radiant Waveglow appearance set for 980 Lumin Crystals, and the Laurel Moon Blessing pack for 280 Lumin Crystals, which bundles the Floral Moon Jukebox furniture piece with the Laurel Lantern and Moonbound Journey accessories.
- Bloom duration extended from 2 minutes to 3 minutes.
- Branch interface now accessible directly from Outpost.
- Rare resources gathered during a Companion are shared with the whole party, and invites no longer require standing face to face.
- A Mysterious Prismana Egg is added as a level-up reward at Home levels 15 and 18.
- Shop single-purchase limit raised from 99 to 100, and a new Pathfinder Voice volume slider sits under Sound Settings.
What to do before the Legendary Journey opens
- Claim the mail, including the 500 Glimmer compensation.
- Push to Student I (character level 25) if you are short.
- Finish Trail of Butterfly Shadows milestones before it closes.
- Build out elemental teams for the Rift Space fight and Interlink routes.
- Grind Egg Heist to Tier IV Elite Egg Seeker and hold a Chaos Ticket.
- Raise Home to levels 15 and 18 for the two Prismana egg rewards.
The Legendary Journey runs until December 10, which sounds generous until you account for the weekly petal ceiling. The players who finish the chain comfortably will be the ones treating each week’s allocation as mandatory from September 25 onward, rather than the ones who open the event tab in late November.
