Elite Training Chapter 2 in Aniimo carries the name Charge into Battle!, and it sits directly in front of the next chunk of the main story. Until you clear it, Ancient Sacred Fragrance stays locked and Dr. Lewis has nothing to validate. The chapter is short on paper — four required tasks and a level check — but two of those tasks send you across the map and one of them asks for a regional collection badge.

Quick answer: Press F3 to open Elite Training, finish the four required tasks listed under Core Courses: Charge into Battle!, reach level 35, then hit Claim on the chapter.

Elite Training Chapter 2 requirements: level 35 and four required tasks

Chapter 2 is a Core Course, which means it tracks main story progression rather than open-world exploration. It asks for character level 35 and four completed required tasks, after which Dr. Lewis signs off and the Ancient Relic of Beast Fang Ridge assessment opens up.

The tasks are drawn from a wider pool, so the four you see listed may not match another player’s set exactly. Every entry in the pool is below.

Elite Training objectives are never missable. If you skip one now and move on to a later chapter, you can come back, finish it, and claim the reward whenever you like.

Own 1 Aniimo with Resonance at Tier 2

This is the fastest of the four to clear, because it costs nothing but EXP items and materials you have probably been hoarding since the prologue. Your starter is the obvious candidate — it has been in the party the longest and likely sits closest to the cap.

Open the Aniimo menu and select the creature you want to push. Helion or Lunara works well here since starters tend to already be near the level ceiling.
Feed it EXP items until it hits level 35, the cap unlocked by the Grade II Student promotion at the end of Chapter 1.
Run Star Up on that Aniimo to take its ascension to stage 2. The task ticks over the moment the Resonance tier updates, no reload needed.

Challenge the Alpha of Argent Strait: Tubster

The Argent Strait is a Breezy Plains coastal zone built for levels 28 to 32, so a team in the low thirties handles it comfortably. While you are there, the area holds 38 chests, 10 Lumin Amber, 3 Blooms, a bonfire, a Lumin collection point, 3 ecological points and 6 Pathfinder Challenges — all of which feed your player EXP on the way to the level 35 gate.

Track the task from the Elite Training screen so the objective marker pins Tubster’s location for you.
Open the world map, plot the route to The Argent Strait, and cover the ground with gliding and dashes. Blooms and Branches you have already activated cut most of the trip out.

Find Alpha Tubster on the beach at level 30 and fight it down with your Aniimo’s combat skills. It periodically enters a Shield state, so break through that before dumping your heavier damage.
When the health bar empties, a catch countdown appears. Throw a Sparkling Cube Aniipod inside the window to capture Tubster and claim the completion rewards.

Earn the Bronze Collection Badge in Beast Fang Ridge

This is the long one. The Bronze Collection Badge for the region — Primal Breath — needs your Beast Fang Ridge collection survey at 40%, and that percentage only moves when you capture species you have not logged in that area yet. Expect a full lap of the zone, in both daytime and nighttime.

Track the badge task in Elite Training, then teleport in through the Breezy Plains Branch to drop yourself close to the ridge.

Sweep the area during the day and weaken then capture whatever you have not recorded. Pomegg, Flutternym, Bonesky and Fenrier all show up on the daytime rotation.
Open the map and check the collection survey percentage for Beast Fang Ridge. Daytime catches alone will likely leave you short — around the high twenties is normal at this point.
Checking Collection Badge Progress05:18Checking Collection Badge Progress
The map shows Beast Fang Ridge collection progress at 28%, with 40% required for the Bronze Collection Badge. Shown at 05:18 in StingKnight’s video.
Use the in-game clock to fast-forward to Nighttime. The spawn table swaps over, putting nocturnal species such as Iris and Emberpup on the field.
Keep capturing until the survey crosses 40%. The Bronze Collection Badge: Primal Breath is awarded immediately, and the Elite Training task flips to complete.

If Defeat the Alpha in Beast Fang Ridge: Scorchhowl is also in your four, clear it during the same visit. First-time Alpha kills pay 500 player EXP on top of the training reward.

The remaining Chapter 2 tasks

Three entries in the pool need no travel plan at all, and one of them you may have already cleared without realising.

  • Visit the place where dreams come true — completed by reaching the Somniwing’s throne in Lumenfly Valley during The Land Where Dreams Come True.
  • Own your Homeland — requires finishing the Prologue: The Wondrous RV quest, which also starts your resource production.
  • Spend 150 Primegy in total — accumulates passively from Alpha reward claims and Daily Supply Packs.

Reaching character level 35

The level requirement tends to lag behind the tasks, since story quests alone will not carry you from 25 to 35. Capture-based objectives are the efficient route here because they pay twice, once for the mission clear and once for the catch itself.

  • Daily activities: up to 3,000 EXP per day, in 600 EXP checkpoints.
  • First-time Alpha clears: 500 EXP each, dropping to 150 EXP for repeat claims.
  • Pathfinder Challenges: 300 EXP each.
  • Sanctums: roughly 500 EXP per clear.
  • Daily Supply Packs: 250 EXP for 50 energy, three per day.

NPC duels, unclaimed rewards from earlier Elite Training chapters, and Lumin Amber pickups you pass on the way all add up too. Before grinding anything new, sweep your Elite Training screen for objectives you finished but never claimed.

Claim Charge into Battle! and confirm it worked

Completing a task does not close the chapter on its own. Each one has to be claimed individually, and then the chapter itself has to be claimed.

Press F3 to open Elite Training and claim the reward on every finished task. Watch the counter climb through 2/4 and 3/4 as you go.

With all four marked complete under Core Courses: Charge into Battle!, press Claim on the chapter. That is your confirmation — the chapter header switches to complete and the rewards land immediately.
At level 35, answer Dr. Lewis’ call to validate the chapter. That opens the Ancient Relic of Beast Fang Ridge assessment, sends you to duel Jilly in Beast Fang Ridge, and puts the Grade III Student promotion test in front of you.

Clearing the promotion raises your Aniimo level cap to 40, which is exactly what Chapter 3 will start asking for. Anything you left behind in Chapter 2 stays claimable, so if you skipped the Primegy spend or the Homeland prologue to keep the story moving, they are still waiting in the menu whenever you want the EXP.
