Aniimo: How to Get Fenmane in Driftwise Meadow

Fenmane is the No. 060 Aniimo, a Nova-stage Lightning creature that plays as a DPS. It only appears in one spot in the wild, so getting it comes down to reaching a single ridge and either catching the creature there or evolving its earlier form.

Quick answer: Find Fenmane on the snowy ridge in Driftwise Meadow, Breezy Plains, mixed in with Level 52 Fentufts, then weaken and catch it. You can also evolve a Fentuft at level 42 using a Roar Stone.

Where Fenmane spawns in Driftwise Meadow

Fenmane has just one wild spawn area, and it sits inside Driftwise Meadow in the Breezy Plains region. The creatures walk a narrow, snow-covered ridge to the south of the meadow, roaming alongside a pack of Fentufts. Weather and time of day do not change whether it appears, so you can hunt it during a night snowstorm just as easily as in clear daylight.

Wild Fenmane here sit around level 50–55, matching the surrounding Lv. 52 Fentufts. Bring a party that can handle that level range before you head out.

How to reach the Fenmane ridge

Open the world map, find Driftwise Meadow in Breezy Plains, and fast travel to the Driftwise Meadow teleport waypoint. This drops you closest to the spawn.

Head south and southeast from the waypoint, following the trail that runs below the large circular mountain ruin. Keep tracking downhill toward the snowy edge of the zone.

Reach the narrow ridge at roughly -0464, 1151. This is the exact strip of ground where Fenmane walks with the Fentuft pack.

How to tell Fenmane apart from Fentuft

The ridge is packed with Fentufts, and Fenmane looks nearly identical at a glance. The difference is in the color and the movement. Fenmane has yellow-tipped crests and feathered yellow wings, and it can take flight, deploying its wings to glide across the area. Watch for the one fox-like creature with the brighter yellow markings that lifts off the ground.

How to catch Fenmane

Once you spot Fenmane, approach and start the fight. Throwing an Aniipod at full HP rarely works, so soften it up first.

Attack to fill Fenmane’s Break gauge and trigger Break. A broken target is far easier to capture.

Whittle its health down. Getting it to around 12 percent, and adding a Stun on top of Break, pushes the catch rate as high as it goes.

Lock on and throw. A Quick Catch from behind and while it is weakened seals the encounter. If the first throw fails, keep fighting and try again once it is broken.

Fenmane resists Lightning, Wind, and Light and is weak to Ice and Dark. Bring an Ice or Dark attacker to lower its HP faster during the capture fight.

Evolving Fentuft into Fenmane

If you would rather not chase the wild spawn, you can grow one instead. Fenmane is the Nova-stage evolution of Fentuft, the Lumin-stage No. 059 creature. Raise a Fentuft to level 42 and use one Roar Stone to evolve it into Fenmane. This is a reliable route if you already have a Fentuft in your roster from the same ridge.

Getting the Prismana Fenmane form

The uncommon Prismana Fenmane (No. 60B) cannot be found roaming in the wild or obtained by evolving another Aniimo. The only way to hatch one is from a Prismana Fenmane Egg, awarded when you upgrade your RV to Level 10. Use a Sparkling Cube on that egg to guarantee Perfect Innate Potential and make the hatchling a Sparkling Aniimo, so set one aside for it if you own one.

Confirming Fenmane is yours

After a successful catch, the registration panel lists No.060 Fenmane as Basic Form, Nova Stage, Lightning, DPS, and shows the level and experience gained. Fenmane is added to your Aniimo party and storage menu, and its 3D model and lore appear in Field Notes. The populated Field Notes entry is the clearest confirmation that registration is complete.
