Aniimo: How to Get Glynsera and Its Prismana Form

Glynsera is the Nova-stage Ice DPS that sits at the top of the Bonesky evolution line. It fights with ice blades, piles [Ice Debuff] on anything it hits, and comes in three catalog entries: the standard Ice fighter, an Ice/Dark Nighttime variant, and a Light/Ice Prismana version tied to a rotating event. Each one reaches your storage a different way.

Quick answer: Evolve Bonesky through Fenrier into Glynsera (Lv. 34 plus a Freeze Stone), or defeat and catch the Level 45 Alpha Glynsera in Beast Fang Ridge. The Nighttime and Prismana forms use separate triggers.

Base Glynsera: three routes to No. 44A

There are three ways to get a standard Glynsera (No. 44A), and each gives you the same Aniimo. Choose the route that suits the resources you have.

Evolve Bonesky along its line; the process requires only levels and one Freeze Stone, with no Aniipods involved.
At Beast Fang Ridge, defeat and catch the Level 45 Alpha Glynsera. This is the quickest route, but guaranteeing the capture costs an Aniipod Ultra.
Set off a Wild Surge at the Beast Fang Ridge Bloom and watch for one to appear among the wave’s spawns.

Evolve Bonesky into Glynsera

Bonesky is the Lumin form; it becomes Fenrier at level 24 without using any materials. Raise Fenrier to level 34, then use 1× Freeze Stone to complete the line. Since wild Fenrier can also be caught, training one lets you skip the first half of the progression.

Beat the Level 45 Alpha Glynsera in Beast Fang Ridge

Check your map and head to the icy cave on Beast Fang Ridge’s western boundary, in the Breezy Plains region. The entrance is at coordinates -1469, 1011, just beyond the trail beside the ridge’s west side.

The cave mouth is sealed behind a wall of ice, so it is easy to miss. Aim any Fire-element attack at the frozen barrier to destroy it.

Continue farther into the cave. Its short passage ends in a dead end, with no branching route to overlook before Glynsera appears.

Engage the Level 45 Alpha Glynsera. Bring Fire or Earth Aniimo to exploit its weaknesses, and be ready for a health bar longer than that of an ordinary wild spawn.

Take down the Alpha before using a catch item. An Aniipod Ultra thrown afterward guarantees the capture; use a Sparkling Cube if you want a Sparkling variant.

Catch Glynsera in a Beast Fang Ridge Wild Surge

Glynsera may also appear in a Wild Surge wave. Go to the Beast Fang Ridge Bloom (around -1248, 1530) and nurture it with Ice Shards to favor Ice-line Aniimo; Bonesky, Fenriers, and Glynseras can emerge. A Glynsera appearance isn’t guaranteed, so repeat the nurturing cycle if needed.

The Alpha is the fastest option, but guaranteeing the capture takes an Aniipod Ultra. If you have few of those, evolve Bonesky or Fenrier to get the same Aniimo for free.

Nighttime Glynsera (No. 44B): defeat Old Recas first

The Nighttime variant is an Ice/Dark Glynsera that retains Biting Wind and gains Night Slash, a skill dealing heavy Dark break damage. Darkness alone will not make it appear. Draw it out by defeating the aged Glynsera guarding its den near Frigid Waters Sanctum, on the northern side of Beast Fang Ridge.

Open the system menu and set the in-game time to Nighttime.

Travel to Frigid Waters near Beast Fang Ridge, in Breezy Plains, and run into the cave. You will find the Frigid Waters Sanctum around -1382, 1400.

Fight and defeat Old Recas, an aged Nighttime Glynsera, along with the Bonesky minions guarding the cave. Old Recas cannot be caught, only beaten, and clearing it awards the Spirit Dust: Ghost Glynsera item.

Leave, reset the clock to Noon, then advance the time to Nighttime again. This cycle triggers the respawn.

Return to the same cave. A catchable Nighttime Glynsera (around level 33) now roams calmly where Old Recas stood. Catch it like any wild Aniimo, or use an Aniipod Ultra for a guaranteed catch and a Sparkling Cube if you want the Sparkling version.

The clue that points you to Old Recas comes from the Journey Quest “The Legend of Thousand-Fang Ridge,” which runs through one of the earliest story areas around level 20 to 25.

Prismana Glynsera (No. S1C): the Vein Abundance window

Prismana Glynsera is a Season 1 Aniimo with Light and Ice elements. It has no evolution path, so catching one in Beast Fang Ridge depends on its event being active. Its featured window, September 21 to 27, has ended. All four featured Prismana return to their home regions from October 19 to 26, giving you the next chance to catch Prismana Glynsera in Beast Fang Ridge.

When the window is active, catching it means running the Bloom’s nurture cycle to build Prismatic Energy and then forcing a Prismana Flow.

Open Events and select Vein Abundance: Beast Fang Ridge. The listing shows Glynsera Season Limited beside the Bonesky Mass Surge running in that region.

Teleport to the Beast Fang Ridge Bloom, open the Nurture menu, and pick an Ice Shard offering to start the cycle.

Lure in and capture the wild Bonesky drawn to the Bloom. Each capture adds Prismatic Energy to the area, while lucky strikes make the gauge climb considerably faster.

Once the Wild Surge notice appears, return to the Bloom and spend the stored Prismatic Energy to try for a Prismana Flow.

Look for the spawn icon on your map. If the Flow succeeds, Glynsera can appear anywhere in the region, including Frigid Waters rather than the Bloom.

Go to the marked location and catch Glynsera. An Aniipod Ultra guarantees the capture; use a Sparkling Cube when pursuing a Sparkling variant.

Prismana Scorchhowl will not appear in Beast Fang Ridge while Glynsera occupies the slot, so don’t schedule a Scorchhowl hunt in the region during Glynsera’s event window.

Verify the form in your Aniilog

The three forms look similar at a glance, so confirm a catch by the Aniilog number rather than the artwork. Open your Aniimo storage and read the entry number.

Use the Prismana filter in storage to quickly check that your event catch was added. Once registered, Glynsera can help beyond your active party: assign it through the Homeland management menu to cool your base and move stored produce to Home storage. Spare copies gathered while farming can take on that task.
