Nimbi is one of the first Aniimo most Pathfinders will meet in the Breezy Plains, and it is also one of the few early creatures with a real decision attached to it. At level 21 the line splits, and the two results are not the same creature with a different coat. One is a Wind support that buffs the team, the other is a Dark support built around putting things to sleep.
Quick answer: Raise a Nimbi to level 21, then choose one branch. Turbo needs Gust Stone x1 and requires you to defeat the Alpha Turbo first. Dreaple needs Night Stone x1 and the Dreamsong passive talent.
How the Nimbi line branches into Turbo and Dreaple
Nimbi does not pass through Turbo on the way to Dreaple, or the other way round. Both are stage 3 forms that sit at the end of the line, and both read from the same level 21 gate. A single Nimbi takes exactly one of the two paths, and once it has evolved, that choice is spent on that creature.
| Path | Level | Extra condition | Item cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nimbi → Turbo | 21 | Defeat the Alpha Turbo | Gust Stone x1 |
| Nimbi → Dreaple | 21 | Rest from night to day, learn Dreamsong | Night Stone x1 |
Neither Turbo nor Dreaple has a further evolution listed, so if you want both in your Aniilog you need two Nimbi.

You need the base creature before any of this matters. Nimbi is a Wind-element support at stage 1, 0.6m tall and 6kg, and it lives in the Breezy Plains region. It floats in two places.
- Nimbus Fields (levels 5–15)
- The Argent Strait (levels 28–32)
Its starting kit is small. Cloud Orb throws a condensed cloud missile at a single target for 30 power, ATK is the basic ranged Wind attack at 6 power, and Cloud Shield is a utility skill rather than an attack. Cloud Shield puts a cloud barrier on Nimbi that soaks incoming damage and cuts stamina use for a while, and it gets stronger while the Shrouded in Mist trait is active. Mobility comes from Puff Up, which gives a higher jump plus one mid-air dash.

How to get Turbo: Gust Stone and the Alpha Turbo
Turbo is the Wind branch, and it keeps the same element and support role as Nimbi while growing to 1.2m. Three things have to line up before the evolution becomes available.
- The Nimbi must reach the required Aniimo level, which is level 21
- You must defeat the Alpha Turbo
- You must have Gust Stone x1 in your inventory
Alpha Turbos share the wild Turbo habitat in Nimbus Fields, so the hunt and the evolution material both come from the same corner of the map. The kill is an unlock, not a repeat cost, so it only has to happen once before you can evolve any eligible Nimbi down this path.
What you get is a broader support kit. Nimbi Burst is a 30-power Wind AoE that also raises the team’s damage and BREAK efficiency, and it spreads that boost to nearby allies when Turbo is Shrouded in Mist. Cloud Orb and Cloud Shield carry over from Nimbi, and Turbo adds the innate Collectible Drop, which is not an attack at all. Turbo sneezes out seven collectibles, and each one you pick up restores HP. Cloudwalk replaces Puff Up for movement, letting it drift through the clouds.
Turbo also carries four Aniilog traits to chase after the fact: encountering every Turbo form, getting Nimbis stuck on an Alpha Turbo until it falls, completing Sanctum: Chasing Clouds, and encountering a Prismana Form Turbo.

How to get Dreaple: Night Stone and the Dreamsong talent
Dreaple is the Dark branch, a 1m stage 3 support that changes element entirely. Its requirements are longer than Turbo’s and none of them involve combat.
- The Nimbi must reach the required Aniimo level, which is level 21
- A long night has passed: rest with the Pathfinder from night to day
- You need to learn the corresponding passive talent, the Dreamsong passive talent
- You must have Night Stone x1 in your inventory
The rest requirement is the one people miss. Sleeping has to carry the Pathfinder through the night and into the following day, so a short nap during daylight hours does not tick the condition. Dreamsong is a passive talent that must be learned before the game will accept the evolution, and the Night Stone is consumed on confirmation.
The payoff is a status-control support. Hypnotic Cloud Shot is a 45-power Dark shot that explodes for area damage and applies a stack of Drowsiness, Nimbi Attack sends a Nimbi charging along a path for 30 power and another Drowsiness stack, and Dream Blast is the heaviest hit in the line at 84 power while boosting the team’s Dark damage. Nightmare Devourer is the healing tool: it restores HP to Dreaple and nearby allies, then eats Nightmare from nearby targets, with each absorbed Nightmare increasing the healing up to three stacks. The Counting Sheep trait feeds it, since stacked Drowsiness pushes a target into Nightmare, drops its Dark resistance, and briefly stops it moving or casting.
Its two traits are quieter than Turbo’s: putting an Enraged Grizbo to sleep with Dreaple, and photographing a Dreaple having a nice dream.

Nimbi, Turbo, and Dreaple base stats
| Stat | Nimbi | Turbo | Dreaple |
|---|---|---|---|
| HP | 80 | 95 | 100 |
| Attack | 84 | 110 | 110 |
| Defense | 69 | 80 | 77 |
| Magic attack | 84 | 110 | 110 |
| Magic defense | 82 | 96 | 103 |
| EP regen | 93 | 87 | 80 |
| BP attack | 43 | 50 | 50 |
The two endpoints are close enough that the element and the kit should decide it rather than the raw numbers. Dreaple holds more HP and magic defense, Turbo holds slightly more defense, and both give up EP regen compared with Nimbi. Nimbi keeps the best EP regen in the family, which is worth remembering if you are farming with an unevolved one.
How to evolve Nimbi in the Aniimo Management menu
You know it worked when the creature’s entry stops reading Nimbi at No. 17 and becomes Turbo at No. 18 or Dreaple at No. 19, the stage reads as a Nova form, and the new skills appear on its ability list. The evolve icon then disappears for that creature, because neither result has a further evolution.
Rainstorm, Cloudmist, Plateau, and Prismana forms
Regional Nimbi exist, and they all follow the same rule as the base creature: level 21, defeat the Alpha Turbo, Gust Stone x1, and they become the matching Turbo form. Their base stats are identical to the standard version, so the difference is purely elemental and cosmetic. There is no regional route to Dreaple.
| Form | Elements | Habitat |
|---|---|---|
| Wind, Electric | Nimbus Fields | |
| Wind | Nimbus Fields | |
| Wind, Ice | Driftwise Meadow | |
| Wind, Electric | Nimbus Fields | |
| Wind | — | |
| Wind, Ice | Driftwise Meadow | |
| Wind, Dark | Nimbus Fields |
Two skills are locked to specific forms. Thunder Bolt, the Electric projectile that can paralyze targets when thrown from the Shrouded in Mist state, belongs to the Rainstorm Form of Nimbi and Turbo only. Nebula Burst, the Dark version of Nimbi Burst that raises allied Dark damage, belongs to Turbo (Prismana). The standard forms do not learn either one.

If the choice is still close, let the type chart break the tie. Wind attacks hit Dark and Grass targets for 1.6x and fall to 0.625x against Electric and Wind, while Dark attacks hit Electric, Grass, and Holy for 1.6x and struggle against Water and Wind. Turbo is the safer team-wide buffer for a Wind-leaning squad; Dreaple is the pick when you want Drowsiness, Nightmare pressure, and a healing button attached to a Dark damage boost.
