If you're starting fresh, Nimbus Fields is the natural first port of call: four of them sitting at levels 6-9, with Crystal Cave the nearest stop at roughly a 75 m walk out.

If it comes down to picking one area or clearing the lot, I'd sweep the lot: a chest sits within view of roughly three in five of these spots, so every visit tends to pay off, with loose items and Lumin Amber turning up at a fair share besides. After Nimbus Fields, Sea of Flowers is the sensible next move, three spots at levels 13-14 that make a tidy pairing. Drop in at Bloomville and it's about a 170 m walk out to reach them.
