If you only make one journey, make it Rosetower Woods: 32 spots beats anywhere else, and Whiterose Tower drops you within roughly 140 metres of the lot. The alternative is spreading yourself thin across The Argent Strait, Beast Fang Ridge, The Mistwoods and Blitzwood, which means more travelling for the same haul. I'd take Rosetower every time. The Bloom teleport puts the short stroll to Whiterose Tower behind you quickly, and once you're among the amber, chests sit near most of it, with Aniipods and loose items dotted close by too.
