Claim the free lobby bonus, then chain PvP eliminations to build Yen for new characters.

Yen is the currency that unlocks every character in Anime Ability Arena, and the fastest way to stockpile it comes down to two things. Grab the one-time lobby bonus, then keep scoring eliminations in the arena. Everything you buy, from Naruto to the rest of the roster, runs on this single currency.

Quick answer: Claim the free 500 Yen at the lobby sign by joining the Roblox group, liking the game, and pressing Verify. After that, earn Yen for every player you eliminate in the PvP arena, focusing on low-health targets.

Claim the free 500 Yen in the lobby

The quickest Yen you will ever get is a one-time reward waiting in the lobby. It pays out 500 Yen for a couple of clicks, so do this before you head into any match.

Walk up to the sign in the lobby marked “500Y FREE.” This is the panel that hands out the bonus.

Join the game’s Roblox group, no dj khaled we the best, and like the game. Both actions are required for the reward to register.
Press the “Verify” button on the sign. Your balance jumps by 500 Yen once the check passes, confirming the reward is claimed.

Note: This bonus is a single payout, not a repeatable one. Once it lands, the rest of your Yen has to come from fighting.

Earn Yen through PvP eliminations

The main, ongoing source of Yen is combat. Every player you take down in the arena pays out, so the more eliminations you rack up, the faster your balance climbs. There is no need to complete a whole match a certain way; each kill counts on its own.

Because the payout is per elimination, your goal is throughput. Get kills quickly, then move on to the next one instead of drawing out any single fight.

Targeting tactics that speed up farming

Two habits keep your kill count high. Hunt the players who are already weak, and refuse to waste time chasing anyone who bolts. The table below sums up what to do and why it works.

TacticWhy it works
Target low-health playersFewer hits to finish, so eliminations come faster and Yen adds up quicker.
Skip long chasesA fleeing player eats time you could spend on an easier kill, so break off and find another target.

The pattern is simple. Scan for someone whose health bar is nearly gone, secure the elimination, and reset. Keeping that pace up is what separates a slow grind from a fast one.

What Yen unlocks

Yen is spent on new characters and their movesets. Naruto, for example, costs 1,500 Yen, which puts a clear number on how much farming you need before an unlock. The free 500 Yen covers a third of that on its own, and a run of arena eliminations closes the gap.

Once you can afford a character, buying it lets you test its abilities and find a fighting style that suits you. Since the roster keeps expanding, banking Yen steadily means you are ready when a new pick you want becomes available.

One rule matters here. Alt farming, exploiting, and bug abuse are against the game’s rules and can lead to a permanent ban, so stick to legitimate eliminations to keep your Yen and your account safe.
