Rebirth Power thresholds, multiplier gains, the best Token Shop upgrades, and the boss checkpoints that show when you are ready.

In Anime Ability Clash, Rebirth is the loop that drives long-term progress. You train Strength until your Power reaches a set threshold, then reset. Each reset permanently raises your training and offline multipliers and pays out a Rebirth Token. How fast you climb depends on three things: how quickly you farm Power, how you spend your tokens, and how well you use the free spins and Rank Shards the game hands out every day.

Quick answer: Train Strength until your Power meets the Rebirth menu’s requirement, for example 40.00K Power for Rebirth 4. Then confirm the Rebirth and spend the token on Training Focus or Cash Flow.

Anime Ability Clash Rebirth requirements and multipliers

Every Rebirth has a Power target, and the target rises each time. The first Rebirth asks for 2,500 Power. By the move from Rebirth 3 to Rebirth 4, the bar sits at 40.00K Power. The Rebirth menu shows your current Power against the target and previews what the next reset gives you.

Rebirth 3 → 4BeforeAfter
Power required—40.00K
Training multiplierx1.60x1.80
Offline multiplierx1.98x2.38
Rebirth Tokens—+1

The training multiplier speeds up every Strength gain you make while playing. The offline multiplier scales what you earn while away. Both carry over permanently, so the Power you lose on reset comes back faster on each new run.

Open the Rebirth menu and compare your current Power with the requirement shown. The button stays out of reach until the first number meets or passes the second.

Check the multiplier preview so you know what the reset will add. The training and offline values show the jump you will get.
Confirm the Rebirth. You know it worked when your Power drops back to zero, your Rebirth count goes up by one, and a new token is waiting in the Token Shop.

The new multipliers are easy to feel. After a first Rebirth, training on the highest unlocked aura pad can push Power past 3,000 again within seconds.

How to farm Power fast between Rebirths

AFK Strength training

Strength comes from the Train action. You can use it on the glowing training pads or anywhere else in the zone. Hold the action down and your character keeps doing push-ups, adding Strength on every tick. Since this works while you are AFK, the simplest approach is to park on the best pad you have unlocked and let it run.

Aura and Walk Speed upgrades

The Upgrades menu sells Aura tiers that shorten the time between training ticks. More ticks per minute means more Strength. The tiers run in this order: Blue, Ember, Rose, Green, Jade, Gold, Silver, Glacier, Prism and Storm. Aura pads also appear along the path through each zone, and stepping onto one equips that aura for training.

Walk Speed sits in the same menu and climbs from 16 to 23 to 31. It does not add Strength directly. What it does is cut travel time between pads and bosses, and that adds up over every run.

Characters, spins and Rank Shards

Equipped characters give training multipliers and special moves, so a stronger character means faster Power. You get new characters by using spins at the Spin wheel or by spending cash at the roll altar in Spawn. Spins come from playtime, Daily Quests and Collection milestones, and you can also buy them.

Legendary pulls such as Kaibo and Kobi are worth equipping as soon as they drop. The wheel also runs a rotating Secret Hour, which features ALUCARDE.

Once a character is equipped from the Inventory, take it to the Ranking Stand. There, Rank Shards roll the character’s grade anywhere from F up to UR. Higher grades add a direct Training Boost percentage. An auto-roll option lets you burn through shards without clicking each roll by hand.

Best Rebirth Token Shop upgrades

Each Rebirth Token goes into the Token Shop, where every upgrade is permanent and costs 100 SP per level. Training Focus, Cash Flow and Potion Mastery are the ones to buy first. They speed up Strength gain and cash income directly, and those two resources gate everything else.

UpgradeEffect per levelPriority
Training Focus+0.1x trainingHigh
Cash Flow+0.1x cashHigh
Potion Mastery+10s potion durationHigh
Long Rest+0.15x offline strengthSituational
Lucky Star+0.05x luck and drops luckSituational
Treasure Hunter+0.05x raid and drops luckSituational

Training Focus stacks on top of your Rebirth training multiplier, which shortens every future run. Cash Flow pays for Aura tiers, Walk Speed and altar rolls sooner. Long Rest is the better choice if you mostly gain Strength offline.

Boss clashes as Power checkpoints

Bosses line a single path through each zone, and each one has a floating sign showing its recommended Power. A green sign means you can win. A red sign means you need more training first. Winning starts a clash mini-game that pays cash, a first-win bonus and evolution items, so clearing every green boss before you Rebirth is free income.

The Strength Seal is an Epic evolution catalyst. Killuo’s Skateboard is an Uncommon drop with a 34.68% rate, and it evolves Gonn. Evolving a character raises its Power. Kid Goko’s Nyoibo, for example, turns Kid Goko into adult Goko for +16 Power. Shoto Todoroki is also the target of a Daily Quest, so beating him does double duty.

Daily Quests, Playtime Gifts and free spins

The Daily menu is the steadiest source of the cash, spins and Rank Shards that speed up each run. Clearing all three Daily Quests adds a bonus on top of the individual cash rewards.

Daily QuestReward

Win 5 Clashes+1200 Cash

Playtime Gifts unlock the longer you stay in a session. Collection milestones pay out spins as you add new characters, and the wheel offers daily free spins too. A claimed reward drops out of the ready state in its menu, which is the quickest way to confirm nothing is left waiting before you start your next training session and push toward the next Rebirth.
