Anime Ball Duels: Best Traits and Fastest Ways to Get Gems

Stack gems, coins, and trait crystals from codes, gifts, and missions, then roll the strongest traits at the altar.

Stack gems, coins, and trait crystals from codes, gifts, and missions, then roll the strongest traits at the altar.

At the start of each Anime Ball Duels round, you roll for a random Anime Ball, activate its ability in a duel, and roll again if the fight starts going badly. Gems, coins, and trait crystals make your rolls stronger. Collect them early to spin repeatedly for better balls and traits instead of grinding for hours.

Quick answer: Redeem DIVINE, 1KLIKES, 2VS2, VOID, and UPDATE1 for free gems, coins, and trait crystals, then spend those crystals at the Trait Altar chasing Celestial traits like Singularity and Monarch.

Redeem codes for free gems, coins, and crystals

Codes are the single fastest source of currency, and the current batch hands out gems, coins, and trait crystals all at once. Enter them exactly as written, since the redemption field is case sensitive.

CodeReward
DIVINE1,500 coins, 40 gems, 10 crystals
1KLIKES50 gems, 15 crystals
2VS2500 coins, 5 gems
VOID25 gems
UPDATE11,000 coins

Before the codes window will accept anything, you need to clear a few one-time requirements. Finish the tutorial, complete two duels, then Like and Favorite the game and join the King Games TD community group.

Launch Anime Ball Duels on Roblox and play through two full duels so the codes section unlocks.
Open the Codes menu using the button in the upper-right corner of the screen, in front of the lobby leaderboards.

Type a code into the ENTER CODE field, press REDEEM, and watch for the confirmation that your coin, gem, or crystal balance has gone up. If a code is rejected, it was either mistyped or has expired.

New codes drop alongside game updates and milestones, so redeem each one as soon as it appears. They are time-limited and will stop working once the developer retires them.

Claim Playtime Gifts while you play

Playtime Gifts unlock on a timer simply for staying in the game, with twelve new gifts available each day. Rewards build up at set intervals, mixing coins and gems into the pile without any effort beyond being logged in.

You can collect 300 coins at the 20-minute mark, and the gift chain finishes with a guaranteed Legendary Anime at the 60-minute threshold. Open the Playtime Gifts menu whenever a gift lights up as ready, since claimed rewards are replaced by a fresh countdown.

Complete daily and weekly missions

Missions reward your usual play with gems, coins, trait crystals, and spins on the Wheel of Fortune. Daily objectives refresh each day, while weekly ones build toward a bigger jackpot. Keep rolling and dueling, and most tasks will finish on their own.

Daily objectives include rolling any gacha, unlocking a new anime, rolling any gacha 5 times, playing for 25 minutes, rolling a trait, playing 10 duels, winning a duel, and dealing 300 damage. The daily bonus alone pays out 1,000 coins, 10 gems, and a spin.

Weekly objectives are heavier commitments: play for 1 hour, complete 10 daily missions, complete 25 daily missions, win 20 duels, and roll any gacha 25 times. Clearing enough of them unlocks the Weekly Jackpot.

Unlock free Wheel of Fortune spins

The Wheel of Fortune sits near the lobby and offers free spins for a secret reward. To open it, you need to Like the game and join the developer’s group. Once those two conditions are met, the spin becomes available and missions can feed you extra spins over time.

Best traits to roll at the Trait Altar

The Trait Altar lets you roll a trait onto your anime at a cost of one trait crystal per roll. Rarer traits are far stronger, and the roll chances drop sharply as you climb the rarity ladder, so those stockpiled crystals matter.

TraitRarityRoll chance
SingularityCelestial0.4%
MonarchCelestial0.4%
MirageMythic1.6%
EtherealMythic1.6%
FortuneEpic12%

Singularity spawns a mini black hole alongside your ball with 30% HP and 30 damage, adding a second source of pressure the moment a round begins.

Monarch grants +4 HP and a 2 HP royal shield, giving you a durable cushion that is hard to burn through in longer exchanges.

Mirage creates a 3×3 mirror that clones the ball for +3 damage, raising your output when the clone lands its hits.

Ethereal makes the first hit against you miss and adds +5 HP, which buys you an opening free of damage early in a duel.

Fortune is the most common of the group at a 12% roll chance and pays +30 coins every time you win, so it compounds your income the longer you play.

Because each round still hands you a random Anime Ball, the practical rule is to keep a strong roll and reroll only when your current ball cannot influence the fight. Bank your gems and crystals from codes, gifts, and missions rather than spending them the moment they arrive, and you will reach the high-value Celestial traits far sooner than rolling blind.
