AFK mode in Anime Expeditions lets you keep earning rewards while you step away, instead of getting kicked for being idle. You reach it through a dedicated portal, and the game replays your cleared stages on a timer to hand you coins, gems, and consumable items with no input required.
Quick answer: Walk into the AFK Portal in the main lobby (left side, next to the Story area) to enter the AFK World. Staying idle in the normal lobby for more than 5 minutes disconnects you, so the portal is the only way to farm while away.
How to enter the AFK World
The AFK World is a manual space you have to travel to, not something that triggers automatically when you go quiet. Head to the AFK Portal, a point of interest sitting on the left side of the main lobby beside the Story mode area.
Note: Simply standing still in the regular lobby will not start idle farming. After about 5 minutes of inactivity outside the portal, your profile disconnects from the Roblox server, and you lose the session.
What the AFK World does once you are inside
Inside the portal you land on a black screen split into two parts, Selected Stage and Session Rewards. The game auto-clears a stage you have already completed, then repeats that clear over and over to generate loot for you.
Payouts follow your fastest clear time for the chosen stage. If you cleared School Grounds – Act 3 in three minutes, the AFK World pays out a fresh batch of rewards every three minutes. Picking a stage with a shorter best time means quicker, more frequent payouts, so your fastest completed stage is usually the most efficient choice for farming.
The Session Rewards panel keeps a running tally of what you have collected during the current session. Check it to confirm the mode is working and to see exactly which items have piled up while you were away.
