Predator’s Skull is a Secret Unit Equipment tied to Razorjaw (Hunter), the evolved form of Razorjaw. It boosts Damage and Range, then swaps the unit’s stock passive for Roar, a repeating area attack that also stacks Critical Chance as the fight goes on. The only way to earn it is the limited-time Crow Hideout mode added with the Villain Update (0.5).
Quick answer: Clear Act 3 of Crow Hideout. Predator’s Skull has a 2.5% drop chance per clear, and a 20-run pity guarantees it on your twentieth completed Act 3 run if it hasn’t dropped sooner.

Where Predator’s Skull drops in Crow Hideout
Crow Hideout is split into four acts, and each act pits you against a different villain encounter. Predator’s Skull comes from Act 3 only. Clearing the other acts will not produce it, so route your runs straight to Act 3 to farm it.
The drop is governed by two numbers that work together. Every successful clear rolls a flat chance to award the equipment, and a hard pity counter backs that up so you are never stuck grinding forever.
| Detail | Value |
|---|---|
| Source mode | Crow Hideout (limited-time, Villain Update 0.5) |
| Act | Act 3 |
| Drop chance | 2.5% per clear |
| Pity | Guaranteed on the 20th completed run |
| Equipable by | Razorjaw (Hunter) only |
Note: because Crow Hideout is a limited-time mode, plan your farming around its availability. No official return date is currently confirmed for it once it rotates out.

Stats and rerolling
Predator’s Skull carries two randomized substats when you obtain it. You can improve those rolls afterward with Equipment Rerolls, so a weak first pull is not permanent.
| Substat | Roll range |
|---|---|
| Range | +1% to +5% |
| Damage | +1% to +10% |
What the Roar passive does
Roar fires automatically on a 10-second timer. Each activation hits every enemy in range and builds a permanent damage advantage over the course of the battle.
- Deals a Full AoE Roar worth 70% of Razorjaw (Hunter)’s current Damage to all enemies in range.
- Applies Stagger to every enemy hit for 2 seconds, interrupting their actions.
- Grants +1% Critical Chance for each enemy the Roar strikes.
- Critical Chance stacks up to a maximum of 30%.
Because the crit gain scales with how many targets each Roar clips, this equipment pays off most on stages packed with large enemy waves. The more foes caught in a single Roar, the faster Razorjaw (Hunter) climbs toward the 30% cap and the harder its later hits land.
The fastest path is simply repeating Act 3 of Crow Hideout while the mode is live. Even on unlucky streaks the 20-run pity caps your worst case, and once the skull is on Razorjaw (Hunter) you can pour Equipment Rerolls into pushing that Damage substat toward +10%.
