In ARC Raiders, A Path Not Yours takes you along an old Nomad route across Blue Gate’s southern reaches. Begin at the stone marker below Highway Collapse, find the buried cache beneath a shattered bridge, then bring the quest item to Speranza. You must complete everything in one raid; progress cannot be saved for a later trip.
Quick answer: At Blue Gate, examine the luminous stone beneath Highway Collapse, retrieve the Broken Compass from the collapsed bridge, and extract with it secured in a Safe Pocket. Deliver it to the Nomadic Envoy for your rewards.
Before you deploy to Blue Gate
The quest comes from the Nomadic Envoy and opens up after you finish Taking Stock. When you accept it, the Envoy hands you two Ziplines. The main objectives do not need them, but one Zipline is what gets you into the optional stash later, so keep at least one on you if you want everything.
Because you return from this run with a quest item, bring an augment that provides a Safe Pocket. Blue Gate is rated difficulty 4 of 5, making it one of the more dangerous maps; pack a dependable weapon, extra ammo, and healing. If you die in a fight, you could lose the Broken Compass while it remains in your regular inventory.

Since the inspection animation takes a while, deploy a Smoke Grenade beforehand. Its cover blocks ARC machines and opposing Raiders from seeing you during the animation.

If you die while the Broken Compass remains in your regular inventory, you lose it. Secure it in your Safe Pocket as soon as it appears rather than waiting until after a fight.
Optional: Bilguun’s secret stash
Once you have the Broken Compass, look above you: a gap in the bridge’s broken span leads to Bilguun’s hideout, identifiable by its stop sign and painted eye. Use one of the Ziplines supplied by the Envoy to reach the opening, ride up, and unlock the Secret Stash crate.
The crate triggers a Deadline mine when opened. Here it causes no damage, producing only a firecracker effect, so you can stay where you are when it detonates. You can skip this step entirely if you are after only the main rewards.

You can sell the epic trinket Tellurion to add to your stash. Save the Magnets, Batteries, and Power Cables for crafting. The two Ziplines provided at the beginning are not part of these rewards; you can use them during the raid.
Gadgets worth carrying for this run
A handful of Quick Use gadgets line up directly with what this quest asks of you. Here are the ones that matter, with their shipped values.
| Gadget | Rarity | Weight | Key stat |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rare | 0.4 | Range 60m | |
| Rare | 0.2 | Duration 20s, Radius 7.5m | |
| Epic | 1 | Timed mine | |
| Uncommon | 5 | Anchors to surfaces | |
| Legendary | 5 | Range 20m |
The Zipline is what you fire up into the broken span to reach the optional stash. You can craft it or buy it from Apollo for 3,000 Coins if you want a spare beyond the pair the Envoy gives you.
The Smoke Grenade covers the long inspect at the trail marker. It also sells for 1,000 Coins and can be bought from Apollo for 3,000 Coins.
The Deadline is the mine that fires inside the stash crate during the optional step, which is why the pop is harmless there. The Grappling Hook and Snap Hook are alternatives for scaling the bridge span if you have one of them on hand instead of a Zipline.
Delivering the Broken Compass
Back in Speranza, take the Broken Compass to the Nomadic Envoy through the Quests menu. Claim the hand-in to finish the quest right away and receive 2,500 XP, plus the Tellurion, Magnets, Batteries, and Power Cables in your inventory.

If the delivery option is greyed out, the compass never left the map with you. Run the extraction again with it secured in your Safe Pocket, then return to the Envoy to finish A Path Not Yours.
