The Stiletto arrived with the Frozen Trail update as a light-ammo battle rifle and a cheaper stand-in for the Renegade. It is an uncommon weapon, so you can pull it from ordinary containers, or skip the gamble entirely by trading for a fully upgraded version.

Quick answer: Trade 8x Candleberries, 2x Cable Stripper, and 2x Mini Pump to the Nomadic Envoy trader Ermal for a fully upgraded Stiletto IV, or reach tier 8 of the Frozen Trail Reward Pass for a free Stiletto I.

Stiletto stats in Arc Raiders

The Stiletto is a semi-automatic rifle with high accuracy and low initial recoil. It stays controllable on single, paced shots, but the spread widens quickly if you empty the magazine as fast as you can pull the trigger. Because it feeds light ammo, its ARC armor penetration is weak, which makes it far better against other raiders than against machine enemies.

One edge it holds over the Renegade is the reload. Instead of loading rounds one at a time, the Stiletto swaps a full magazine, so you are back in the fight faster after a dry mag.

Trade for a fully upgraded Stiletto IV with Ermal

The fastest route to the best version of the rifle runs through the Nomadic Envoy trader, Ermal. Hand over the exchange materials and he gives you a Stiletto IV, the top-tier variant with every upgrade already applied.

Gather Candleberries (8x), Cable Stripper (2x), and Mini Pump (2x) for the trade.

Visit Ermal and open his barter options, then complete the exchange. You can run this trade twice, which nets you two Stiletto IVs for your collection.

Because the traded rifle is already a Stiletto IV, you skip the blueprint hunt and the crafting upgrades entirely.

Claim the Stiletto I from the Frozen Trail Reward Pass

If you would rather earn the rifle through progression, push to tier 8 of the Frozen Trail Reward Pass. Reaching that tier unlocks the base Stiletto I for free, giving you a working copy without any materials spent.

This is the base variant rather than the upgraded IV, so expect the lower-end magazine size and handling until you build up the better tiers.

Where the Stiletto and its blueprint drop

As an uncommon weapon, the Stiletto shows up readily in containers, lockers, weapon cases, and raider caches during raids. If you are chasing the blueprint specifically, certain regions on each map are worth prioritizing on your loot route.

MapRecommended regions
Dam BattlegroundsHydroponic Dome Complex, Control Tower
Buried CityHospital, Space Travel, Town Hall
SpaceportArrival Building, Departure Building
Blue GateGate Approach, Pilgrim’s Peak
Stella MontisMedical Research, Cultural Archives
Riven TidesHotel Panorama Azzurro, Port Authority Building, Azzurro Beach
Pendola PassAlmatera Station, Cielo Sereno Observatory, Commissionary Supermarket

Pendola Pass does not use fixed loot zones. Its best spots shift every match with dynamic loot, so vary your route each raid rather than relying on a single landing spot.

Raise drop chances with map conditions

You can roughly double your odds of pulling a Stiletto by looting weapon cases, containers, and raider caches while a boosted map condition is active. The conditions currently in rotation that help here include the following.

  • Night Raid
  • Hurricane
  • Redirection

Once the weapon lands in your inventory and you extract safely, it is added to your stash for good. From there it serves as a budget pick for raiders who can pace their shots at range, with the upgraded IV standing out thanks to its reduced reload time and higher fire rate. Just remember to save it for fights against other raiders rather than armored ARC machines.
