A Metro station is one of the return points a Raider can use to leave a round, alongside Transceivers, Elevators, Raider Hatches and Airshafts. There are 6 of them across 2 maps: Buried City has 4 and Stella Montis has 2. The in-game map shows where each one sits.
Not every Metro station is open in every round. During Electromagnetic Storm, Hidden Bunker, Locked Gate and Night Raid, fewer return points are active. On Buried City, Northern Station is at Library, Southern Station at Plaza Rosa and Eastern Station at Red Tower. On Stella Montis, Lobby Metro Station sits at Lobby Metro and Loading Bay Metro Station at Cargo Dock A.
