A Transceiver is a return point that calls a Gondola to carry a Raider out of the round. There are 4, all of them on Pendola Pass, the map that arrived with the 2.0 update, and they are how you leave that map. The other kinds of return point are Elevators, Raider Hatches, Metro stations and Airshafts.
Not every Transceiver is usable in every round. During Electromagnetic Storm, Hidden Bunker, Locked Gate and Night Raid, fewer return points are open, so check the in-game map before heading for one. The Reckless Transceiver is at Piazza della Rupe, the Northern Transceiver at Frozen River, the Supermarket Transceiver at Commissary Supermarket and the Glacial Transceiver at Freight Terminal.
