Ban Simulator 2000 puts you behind a Roblox moderation desk with two buttons and a stack of appeal slips. Banned Robloxians walk up one at a time, hand you a paper listing their “Offensive Item,” and you either hit red to terminate them or green to reverse the ban. The Original (Canon) mode is short and scripted, and it hides an ending that ends with the game pretending your disc is corrupted.
Quick answer: Start Original (Canon) mode and answer the five cases in this exact order — green (unban) on “Hi”, red (terminate) on “I love my family”, green on “yes”, red on “He’ll do it again”, then green on the blank paper. The fifth green press triggers the David jumpscare, the error screen, and the “The End?” badge.
Ban Simulator 2000 controls and the two anger meters
Every case works the same way. Click the paper slip in front of you to read the ban reason, then commit with one of the two buttons on the desk. Red terminates the Robloxian and upholds the AI’s ban. Green reverses it and lets them back in.
Two meters sit on either side of the screen and they pull against each other. The left meter tracks the playerbase, and it fills when you terminate people who did nothing wrong. The right meter belongs to CEO David Baszucki, and it fills every time you overturn a decision the moderation AI already made. Keeping one side happy almost always annoys the other, and letting either meter max out ends the run.
There is also a clock on each case. Sit on a slip too long and a “You’re taking too long!” prompt flashes on screen, which pushes the playerbase meter up before you have even pressed anything.
Original (Canon) mode: The five cases that unlock the secret ending

Offensive Item: Hi. Press green to unban. David appears and his meter climbs, which is exactly what you want.Offensive Item: I love my family. Press red to terminate. The playerbase meter drops on the left and Helpy warns you about wrongful terminations.Offensive Item: yes. Press green. Steam vents from David’s side and his meter turns red, after which Helpy tells you that one more ban reversal means game over.Offensive Item: He'll do it again and a handwritten “I won’t :)” underneath. Press red. If the “You’re taking too long!” prompt appears first, the run still continues — it only nudges the playerbase meter. How to confirm the secret ending triggered
You will know it worked when the game drops you onto a dark floor next to a dismembered Roblox avatar, with yellow warning text reading “An irregularity has been detected” and “Please remove the disc from the drive and return it to Roblox Entertainment.” The screen is styled like a VHS error, and the game returns to the main menu afterwards.
The badge award notification for The End? is the real confirmation. If you reach the error screen but no badge appears, check your Roblox account’s badge list rather than replaying immediately.
Note: finishing Original mode at all also grants “Original Mode Completed!”, so seeing that badge alone does not mean you got the secret ending.
Why the secret ending does not trigger
There are only a few ways this run goes wrong, and all of them come down to breaking the decision order before the fifth case.
- You picked Infinite or Multiplayer instead of Original (Canon). The scripted five-case script only exists in Original.
- You terminated one of the green cases, which stops David’s meter from reaching furious in time.
- You unbanned the fourth case instead of terminating it, which ends the run with a bad ending because David was already furious.
- You filled the playerbase meter early by terminating extra cases or stalling through repeated “You’re taking too long!” prompts.
Every ending and game over screen
| Ending | What causes it |
|---|---|
| The End? (glitch ending) | The five-case Original mode order above, ending on a green press for the blank slip. Jumpscare, then the disc error screen. |
| Bad Ending 1 | David’s meter reaches furious and you reverse one more ban. Floating hands reach toward an empty wooden chair in a dark void, then a score screen. |
| Bad Ending 2 | The playerbase meter fills completely. An avatar labelled Playerbase walks outside, arms itself, and blows up the Roblox building. Score drops to 0. |
| COMMUNITY RIOT | Infinite mode game over from angering the playerbase, usually by sitting on a case too long. |
| FIRED BY THE CEO | Infinite mode game over from David catching you. Ends on a stats screen with your rank. |
| Multiplayer ending | A specific report (“Offensive item: idk”) starts a timed dark maze where you must find the exit and avoid David. |
Infinite (Survive) mode: How to build a streak
Infinite mode drops the script and just feeds you cases until one meter maxes out. The slips are the real tell. Anything that reads like a scam, an exploit, or harassment should be terminated with red — things like Download my cheat v4.2 aimbot, Give me your password for 1000 R$, FREE ROBUX SECRET GENERATOR, I hate everyone here #$@%!, Auto-clicker macro 9999 cps, and Type your password backwards. Harmless nonsense like 12345 is where the green button earns its keep.

Read fast. Most Infinite runs end early because the case timer expired, not because a call was wrong. When CEO David walks into the office, use the Distract button to buy yourself room while you keep the community meter topped up.
The end-of-run screen grades the shift on cases reviewed, shift duration, accuracy percentage, longest streak, and a Moderator Rank. Ranks run from F upward, with S and S+ tiers tied to badges like CEO Approved and Better than the AI.

Multiplayer (Online) mode and the maze escape
Multiplayer loads you into an outdoor lobby with a leaderboard sign and other players’ high scores on display. Inside a session, several moderators share the same counter, inspecting reports and hitting red or green to raise a shared score.
A report reading “Offensive item: idk” fades the screen to black and starts the ending sequence. Everyone picks up a yellow flashlight, opens a door, and gets a countdown to find the exit of a dark maze. When the timer runs out, red text reading “HE IS LOOKING FOR YOU” appears, the lighting flashes red, and David starts hunting. Failing the escape simply returns the group to the lobby.
The Original mode route takes about two minutes once you know the button order, which makes it the fastest way to collect both “Original Mode Completed!” and “The End?” in a single sitting. Everything else in the experience — the Infinite streak chase, the multiplayer maze — is built on top of the same red and green decision you learn in those five cases.
