Big Walk hides a second, final ending behind full completion. Reaching it means finishing every puzzle in the world and then returning to where the game started, so the first ending is only the halfway mark rather than the finish line.
Quick answer: Complete every puzzle in the game, including the seven purple puzzles that appear after the first ending, collect the white key, then use it on the cracked black ball in the tutorial area to enter the secret room and trigger the true ending.
Reach the first ending before anything else
The true ending is stacked directly behind the first one, so you cannot skip ahead. You must play through the standard finish first, which unlocks the extra content the final ending depends on.

When this ending finishes, a message thanks you for playing but makes clear there is still more to find. That prompt is your cue to go back in and start the endgame content.

Add to Google Preferences →Complete the seven purple puzzles
Seven purple puzzles unlock only after the first ending. They sit behind a purple door at the far east chairlift station and are harder versions of challenges you have already solved. Any puzzles you skipped earlier in your run also have to be finished.
Solving these purple challenges rewards purple MacGuffins, the small rubbery red or purple objects (also called blorbs) scattered around the world. You will need to hunt down a large number of them, and the puzzles that guard them are among the most demanding in the game.
Tip: Assigning fixed gestures to specific puzzle symbols makes the harder rooms far easier, since you can reuse the same solutions without talking. Chaining grabs with a teammate also helps you reach the higher or blocked-off areas where collectibles hide.
Get the white key and open the black ball
Once every puzzle is done and all the MacGuffins are collected, you receive a white key. This key connects back to the very start of the game, where a mysterious black ball sat in the tutorial area.

The two endings compared
| Ending | What unlocks it |
|---|---|
| First ending | Clear all colored towers, unlock the black tower, cross the wall, and finish the puzzles inside the black sphere. |
| True (final) ending | Complete every remaining puzzle plus the seven purple puzzles, collect the white key, and use it on the cracked black ball in the tutorial area. |
How to confirm it worked
The true ending arrives alongside full 100% completion and the Big Game achievement. If the final ending is not triggering, the cause is almost always the same. One or more puzzles are still incomplete, most often a missed puzzle from earlier or one of the seven purple challenges. Everything must be ticked off before the white key becomes available and the secret room accepts it.
