Bike For Egg runs on one loop. You pedal a treadmill for Speed, ride out to a zone like the Forest, grab an egg from a guarded nest, and race it back to your pen. There it hatches into a pet that earns cash every second, and that cash pays for faster gear. The first hour is about getting that loop running and putting your earnings toward the purchase that speeds up everything after it.

Quick answer: Train on the Level 1 treadmill, buy the Football Bike ($200) and Green Trail ($5K), steal a Forest egg, cross the Safe Zone, hatch it in your pen, then upgrade the treadmill for $15K.

Bike For Egg – Starter Guide

Bike For Egg early-game prices

Every early purchase can be paid for with in-game cash or with Robux. The cash route is slower but costs nothing real, and the prices below are small enough that a couple of hatched pets cover most of them.

ItemEffectCash priceRobux price
Standard (bike)x1 SpeedEquipped at start—
Football Bikex1.5 Speed$2001
Space Bikex2 Speed$50K8
Grey Trail (Common)x1.5 Speed$1001
Green Trail (Uncommon)x2 Speed$5K2
Blue Trail (Rare)x2.5 Speed$75K8
Treadmill Level 1 > Level 2Bigger Speed per step$15K4
Treadmill Level 2 > Level 3Bigger Speed per step$250K12
Upgrade Pen Level 1 > Level 2Pen expansion$1M—

Bike and trail multipliers stack with each other. That is why a cheap bike plus a mid-priced trail lifts your treadmill gains well above what either does alone.

Train Speed on the Level 1 treadmill

You spawn with the Standard bike equipped and a starter treadmill at your pen. Hop on and pedal. On Level 1, each step adds +2 Speed, and a small counter in the corner of the screen shows your current per-step rate. Speed is what lets you reach the egg zones quickly and get back before a guardian catches you, so a few minutes here before your first run is time well spent.

The sign beside the treadmill is the Level 1 to Level 2 upgrade. Ignore it for now. You need pet income before it is affordable.

Buy the Football Bike and Green Trail

Both shops sit in the hub inside the Safe Zone, marked by glowing circular pads on the floor in front of each stall. Stand on a pad and an [E] Open shop prompt appears.

Get off the treadmill and ride to the BIKE SHOP stall. Press E to open its menu, which lists each bike with its Speed multiplier, a cash button and a Robux button.
Buy the Football Bike for $200 and equip it from the same menu. It raises your multiplier from x1 to x1.5, and it is cheap enough to afford almost immediately.
Ride over to the TRAILS SHOP next door. Open it with E the same way you opened the bike menu.

Buy the Uncommon Green Trail for $5K and equip it. It applies a x2 Speed multiplier. If $5K is out of reach, the Common Grey Trail costs $100 and gives x1.5 as a stopgap.

You can tell the trail is active because its menu button switches to Unequip. Back at your pen, a green streak follows the bike while you pedal.

With the Football Bike and Green Trail both equipped, the same Level 1 treadmill pays +7 Speed per tick instead of +2. That jump comes from the gear alone, before any treadmill upgrade.

How to steal an egg in the Forest

The Forest is the first egg zone past the hub, marked with a “Forest :)” sign. Its nests are watched by chickens, and taking an egg wakes the guardian up. The whole trip comes down to getting back across the Safe Zone line before it reaches you.

Ride out of the Safe Zone and into the Forest. Your Speed stat decides how quickly you cover this stretch, which is why training first matters.
Approach a nest with a sleeping chicken until the [E] Steal prompt shows, then press E. The game confirms it with “You stole an EGG!”
Turn around and ride straight back. “RUN!!” flashes on screen and a red exclamation mark appears over the chasing chicken’s head, which tells you the chase is on.
Cross the red line into the area painted “SAFE ZONE,” with blue shield icons along the border. Once you are over it, the chase ends and you keep the egg.

Nests do not hold eggs forever. When “ALL EGG RESET!” appears, the zones restock, so a nest you emptied will have a fresh egg on a later trip.

Incubate and hatch eggs in your pen

A stolen egg does nothing until it is sitting in your own pen. Head home right away, because the incubation timer only starts once the egg is placed.

Ride into your pen and use the Drop button to set the egg in the nest. A countdown timer appears over it.
Go back to the treadmill while you wait. Training during incubation means no time is wasted between egg runs.

Press E on the [E] Hatch prompt. The game names the pet you got and places it in your pen, confirming it with a message such as “Successfully placed Dog!”

From that moment, the pet earns cash on its own for as long as it stays in your pen. Each pet shows its rarity and income rate above its head.

Egg color hints at what is inside. A plain gray Forest egg can hatch into a Common Dog, while the darker black egg found in the same zone hatched into a Rare Raccoon worth several times more per second. If you see a black egg on a nest, it is worth the trip.

Repeat the run as often as you can. Each new pet adds to your income, and you can have one egg incubating while you head out for the next.

Upgrade to the Level 2 treadmill

Once your pets have pushed your cash past $15K, go back to the Upgrade sign next to your treadmill. It lists the Level 1 > Level 2 upgrade at $15K, or 4 Robux.

Buy it and the game confirms with “Successfully upgraded your treadmill!!” The treadmill visibly changes into a beach design with sand and palm trees, which is the quickest way to check it worked. With the Football Bike and Green Trail still equipped, the Level 2 treadmill pays +18 Speed per step, more than double the +7 from before.

What to save for next in Bike For Egg

After Level 2, the next round of upgrades costs considerably more, so expect a longer stretch of egg runs between purchases.

  • Space Bike for $50K, raising the bike multiplier to x2.
  • Blue Trail for $75K, raising the trail multiplier to x2.5.
  • Treadmill Level 2 > Level 3 for $250K.
  • Pen Level 1 > Level 2 for $1M.

The Forest is only the start. Server-wide alerts announce rare eggs spawning in other zones, such as “Frost Bear egg spawned in Snow!”, “Volcano egg spawned in Volcano!” and “Cosmic Dragon egg spawned in Cosmic!” Those zones sit farther out, and the Speed you build now is what eventually gets you there and back. The hub also has a FUSE LAB that turns 3 pets into 1 egg, plus a SELL stall, which become useful once your pen fills with Common pets you no longer need.
