The Momento Mori skins are a set of eight matching black-and-purple outfits, one for each Dedicated Crew Operator in Black Ops 7 Zombies. They come from the Super Easter Egg boss rush inside Rex Infernus, described in-game as surviving a playdate with the Twins. Each skin is tied to the Operator you play as when you finish that fight.
Quick answer: Complete the Rex Infernus boss rush once as each of the eight Dedicated Crew Operators. Whoever you play as when the Warden dies unlocks their Momento Mori skin, so all eight require eight clears.
The eight Momento Mori skins and their Operators
Every Momento Mori skin is unlocked the same way. The only variable is the character you are playing when you defeat the final boss. Each of the eight skins belongs to one specific Operator.

Unlock the Super Easter Egg first
The boss rush lives in Her House in Rex Infernus, but you cannot start it until the Super Easter Egg is set up. That takes two stages: finishing the main quests on every map, then gathering the six toys.
Complete all six main Easter Eggs
Before anything else, clear the Main Quest Easter Egg on all six Zombies maps. Your difficulty does not matter here, as Standard, Directed, and Cursed Mode completions all count toward the requirement.

Collect the six Twins’ toys
With the main quests done, each map holds one of the Twins’ Toy Boxes tied to its own short quest. Finish that quest to claim the toy, then Exfil successfully so you can bring it back to Her House in Rex Infernus. Repeat until all six are collected.

Start the boss rush in Her House
Once all six toys are on the shelf in Her House, the full collection glows purple. Interact with the toys on that shelf to begin the boss rush. Gear up first, because you should have armor, Perks, Pack-a-Punch upgrades, and strong equipment ready before you activate the toys.
The bosses arrive in a fixed order, and there are no shortcuts through the sequence:
- Z-Rex
- The Guardian
- Caltheris the Needle
- The Warden, including his fourth phase
A failed attempt sends you back to Round 1, so approach this as one complete endurance run rather than merely a single boss battle.

Confirm the skin and repeat for the rest
You have only survived the playdate once you kill the Warden. When he goes down, the run ends and the Operator you were playing permanently receives their Momento Mori skin. That is your confirmation the unlock worked.
You can revisit Rex Infernus and repeat the playdate whenever you wish, without gathering the toys again. Unlock every outfit by completing the boss rush eight times, using each Operator listed above once, and change characters between attempts until you have all eight Momento Mori skins.
