The Blue Flower is the hardest of the three Alchemist flowers to pin down, and not because it hides in some elaborate dungeon. It is small, dim, and only exists while the server clock says night. Miss the window and it vanishes until the next night cycle.
Quick answer: Wait for nighttime in the Second Sea, then check five spots across Cave Island, Graveyard, and Remote Island. Walk over the flower to pick it up, and do not die or leave the server afterward.
Blue Flower spawn conditions in Blox Fruits
Three rules decide whether a Blue Flower exists on your server at all. It spawns only at night and despawns as soon as day breaks, so a flower left sitting on a grave at sunrise is gone. It will not spawn while Darkbeard is present in the server. And rarely, two Blue Flowers can appear during the same night, though you should not plan around that.
You do not need the Alchemist’s quest active to pick a flower up. If you stumble onto one while grinding, take it. That said, the flower cannot be stored in your inventory and cannot be traded, so it only has value once you are ready to finish the quest in one sitting.
All Blue Flower spawn points
There are five possible spawn spots, spread across three Second Sea islands. Only one flower is on the map at a time in most cases, so treat these as a checklist rather than a route with five payoffs.

Note: Remote Island is the small island near the Kingdom of Rose that players also call Usoap’s Island. Cave Island is a separate location from the Graveyard, even though both involve caves.

Why the Blue Flower isn’t spawning
If all five spots come up empty, the cause is almost always one of a short list of things rather than bad searching.
- It is daytime on that server, so no Blue Flower exists.
- Darkbeard has been summoned in the server, which blocks the spawn entirely.
- Another player already picked it up during that night cycle.
- The spawn glitched out, which does happen. Joining a different server resolves it.
Server hopping is the practical fix for all four, since each server runs its own day and night cycle. A private server removes the competition problem and the risk of being killed while holding a flower.
Protecting the flower after you grab it
The flower is lost the moment you die or leave the server. That includes dying to a Sea Beast on the trip back, getting caught in PvP, or a disconnect. Because none of the three flowers persist, the safest approach is to collect all three in one uninterrupted run on a quiet or private server, and avoid fights entirely while carrying them.
Finishing the Alchemist quest for Race V2
The Blue Flower is one third of the Alchemist’s request. The Red Flower spawns during the day across the Kingdom of Rose and Green Zone, and unlike the blue one it stays put until somebody picks it up. The Yellow Flower has no fixed location and drops randomly from defeated enemies, with Swan Pirates being the usual farm target because they have low health and cluster together. There is no notification when the Yellow Flower drops, so check your hotbar.
To take the quest in the first place you need to be level 850, have completed the Colosseum Quest, and be in the Second Sea with $500,000 on hand. The Alchemist stands in the Green Zone behind some vines, below a red mushroom. Hand over all three flowers and pay the 500,000 Beli, and your current Race awakens to V2 along with its associated title.
Nighttime is the whole bottleneck here. If you can catch a fresh night cycle and clear Remote Island, the Graveyard, and Cave Island in that order, the Blue Flower stops being the part of the quest that eats your evening.
