The Snowman secret at Frozen Village is one of the First Sea quests that players most often report as bugged. You take the hint from the quest NPC, run to the Yeti area, and find nothing there to interact with. Nothing is broken. The quest simply has a weather and time condition attached to it, and until that condition is met, the objects you need do not exist in the world.

Quick answer: Wait until it is nighttime or until it is snowing on the server, then go to the Yeti boss spawn area in Frozen Village, roll three moving snow piles into one spot, and combine them to build the snowman.

The spawn condition for the snow piles

The moving snow piles are the only objects you can use to build the snowman, and they do not exist during clear daytime. Two separate conditions can bring them out, and you only need one of them to be true.

If it is currently bright and clear, you have two options. Stay on the server and wait for the day cycle to roll over into night, or server hop until you land on one where it is already night or actively snowing. Neither approach is faster than the other in a guaranteed way, but hopping tends to save time because you can check the sky the moment you spawn in.

Where the Snowman secret takes place

Frozen Village sits in the First Sea and covers roughly the level 90 to 120 range. The secret plays out on the upper part of the island, in and around the open area where the Yeti boss spawns. That is the only zone where the snow piles appear, so there is no reason to search the docks, the houses, or the cave that holds the Ability Teacher.

Before you head up, talk to the quest NPC on the island and take the Snowman hint from the dialogue. The quest tracks properly once you have that prompt, and the same NPC is where you return afterward to claim the reward.

How to build the snowman

Check the sky the moment you land at Frozen Village. If the island is lit and clear with no falling snow, do not bother climbing to the Yeti area yet. Wait for night or rejoin until you get a server with snowfall.

Make your way up to the Yeti boss spawn. The path runs uphill through the village, and you can cut most of the climb by using Flash Step or a movement ability rather than following every ladder.

Look around the flat ground near the boss spawn for the snow piles. They drift and shift slightly rather than sitting still, which makes them easier to pick out against the terrain once you know what you are looking for.

Push the first pile to a clear patch of ground and leave it there. Pick a flat, open spot away from the edges of the plateau so the remaining pieces have room to line up cleanly.

Find the next snow pile and roll it over to the first one until the two join together. Repeat once more with a third pile. Three pieces in total complete the body, and the snowman assembles itself as soon as the last one connects.

Confirming the secret counted

The finished snowman stays standing in the world once all three pieces are combined, which is your on-screen confirmation that the objective registered. Head back down to the quest NPC and interact with it to close out the secret and collect the payout.

Each completed secret awards one star for the island. Frozen Village has three in total, the other two being the trapped Ability Teacher in the cave and the Awakened Yeti fight. Earning all three stars on every First Sea island unlocks the island teleporter, so it is worth finishing the set rather than stopping at the snowman.
