Blox Fruits Update 30: How to Get Every Chromatic Fruit Skin

All seven Chromatic skins, their drop rates, the fruits they attach to, and how to confirm one is equipped.

All seven Chromatic skins, their drop rates, the fruits they attach to, and how to confirm one is equipped.

Update 30 landed in Blox Fruits on September 5, 2026 with the Magnet fruit, a rebuilt First Sea, and a cosmetic layer that has taken over most of the conversation since: seven Chromatic fruit skins. Each one is locked to a specific fruit, each one is purely visual, and two of them go far enough that the fruit barely looks like itself anymore.

Quick answer: Roll the Chromatic Gacha Box in the Premium Spinner, or spend Magnet Tokens on the Magnet Gacha’s Chromatic Box. The skin lands in your Items inventory, and it only changes anything once you own and equip the matching fruit.

All 7 Chromatic skins and the fruits they attach to

A Chromatic skin is bound to one fruit and does nothing on any other. Five of the seven are recolors of existing ability effects. Runic Fiend and Arcsteel Magnet change models, not just colors.

SkinFruitWhat it changes
Lime BladeBladeBright neon-green skill effects
Topaz DiamondDiamondOrange skill effects
Scarlet GhostGhostGreen effects swapped to red
Yellow LightningLightningYellow skill effects
Starlight GravityGravityYellow-and-black theme, including the black hole visuals
Runic FiendFiend (Yeti)Dark purple palette carried into the transformed beast form
Arcsteel MagnetMagnetRed, gold and green with custom models on skills and props

None of them touch damage, cooldowns, or how an ability behaves. A Scarlet Ghost user hits exactly as hard as a default Ghost user.

Where Chromatic skins come from: Premium Spinner and Magnet Gacha

There is no quest, boss drop, or shop button that hands you one directly. Two systems feed the same pool.

The Premium Spinner sells the Chromatic Gacha Box in bundles — x1, x3, x10 for 1,530 Robux, and x50 for 7,646 Robux. A milestone tracker counts your total rolls alongside the random results and grants set rewards at certain thresholds; Starlight Gravity and Runic Fiend have both been handed out that way rather than pulled cold.

The Magnet event is the free route. Magnetized enemies spawn across the islands of whichever sea you are in during the hourly event, drop roughly 25 Magnet Tokens each, and scale their damage to you so they are not free kills. Those tokens go into the Magnet Gacha, whose reward pool includes accessories, the Beach Banner and Vibes Frame Break profile items, and the Chromatic Box itself.

Scarlet Ghost22%

Note: the two 1% skins are the whole reason the roll counts in Robux spending videos run into the hundreds. Event rewards can be pulled when the event closes, so tokens earned now are worth spending now. No end date for the Magnet event has been confirmed.

How to equip a Chromatic skin and confirm it worked

Check the Items menu after rolling. Every skin you own sits there, including duplicates. Winning one does not apply it to anything automatically.
Open the fruit’s configurator — the Gravity Configurator, for example — select the skin, and hit Equip. The game prints Unlocked <Starlight> fruit skin for <Gravity> the first time, then Equipped <Starlight> for <Gravity>.
Own and consume the matching fruit. From the fruit prompt — the one asking what you want to do with it, with Eat, Drop, Store and Nevermind — choose Eat. The confirmation reads Blox Fruit <Gravity> activated. and the recolored effects appear on your next ability.

Two things stop this from working. If you do not own the fruit, the skin simply sits idle in your inventory with nothing to attach to. And Runic Fiend is a skin for a mutation rather than a base fruit, so the game blocks it with You need already have <Fiend (Yeti)> fruit mutation unlocked until that mutation is on your account.

What the three rarest skins actually look like in combat

Starlight Gravity is the mildest of the three and still a full identity change. Gravity’s purple effects flip to bright yellow and gold, which reads oddly clean on abilities designed around crushing darkness — Singularity, Orbital Chain, Asteroid Crash and the falling meteors all come through in the new palette.

Runic Fiend saves its best trick for the V ability. In base form it is a purple wash over Blaze, Impact, Execution and Abyssal Rush. Transform and you become a giant purple Yeti with glowing runic symbols burned into the crystals on its back, and the dash and M1s carry the same palette.

Arcsteel Magnet is the headline. The red and gold mecha theme replaces the fruit’s props outright, giving you oversized mecha arms in base form for Scrap Arsenal, Magnetic Overcharge and Polarizing Drop. Magnet’s M1s scale in size and power with the Magnetic Power meter up to 3/3, so the visual gets louder as the stat fills. Polarity Drive on F is rocket-booster flight that can be pushed further by holding the key, and the V transformation turns you into a giant red robot with its own moveset. One limit worth knowing: the giant mecha form cannot walk on water.

Duplicate Chromatic skins can be traded

Given the rate table, duplicates are the default outcome. Extra copies stay in the Items inventory instead of being converted or deleted, and they are tradable. That makes trading the realistic path to the two 1% skins for anyone not planning to spend heavily on rolls — a stack of spare Lime Blades is a bargaining chip rather than dead weight.

For most players the practical plan is unglamorous. Farm Magnetized enemies while the event runs, dump tokens into the Magnet Gacha, and treat every Lime Blade and Topaz Diamond you pull as trade stock toward Runic Fiend or Arcsteel Magnet rather than a loss.
