The Secret Ending in Clean all the Leaves arrived in an update and plays out very differently from the ordinary ending. It is gated behind full completion, so there is no shortcut menu or code that skips ahead. You earn it by clearing every zone on the map, which finally opens a hidden route in the Basement.
Quick answer: Reach 100% completion in every zone on the map at any difficulty. Doing so opens a path in the Basement that leads to the exit, awards the “Secret Ending” badge, and starts the closing cutscene.

The exact condition that unlocks the Secret Ending
Every zone on the map has to reach 100%. Difficulty does not matter for the trigger, so the easiest setting works fine. Your live progress for each area sits in the top-left corner of the screen, and that readout is the fastest way to spot which zone still has leaves left in it.
Expect roughly an hour to finish even on the easiest difficulty. The single biggest time-saver is prioritizing tool unlocks before anything else, since better tools clear leaves far quicker than the starter equipment.

Money spent on tools pays for itself almost immediately, so keep your cash for the two purchases below and avoid frivolous spending elsewhere.
| Tool | Cost | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Rake | $7.99 | Scoops up plenty of leaves at once; good for corners and stuck spots |
| Leaf Blower | $29.99 | Massively raises how fast you clear leaves thanks to its range and power |
Target the Rake first, then save toward the Leaf Blower, which you can afford after completing a zone or two. Once you own both, carry leaves to the vents to clear them out. Upgrade the Leaf Blower ahead of the Rake in most cases because of its reach, and keep the Rake as a backup for leaves tucked into corners.

Clear the Basement to open the exit
Once every zone is done, the Basement becomes the final step, and it does not clear in a single sweep.

How to know it worked
Reaching the exit awards the “Secret Ending” badge and rolls a cutscene. The scene shows two characters watching surveillance footage of the house, and they turn out to be the same friends who sent you off to clean in the opening cutscene. They were inside the whole time, and the ending hints that the entire chore was an elaborate prank pulled on your avatar.
The SECRET ENDING badge is the confirmation the game is complete. It reads “You found the Secret Ending by completing the game!” and sits alongside the rarer Leaf Collection badge, which is a separate goal tied to gathering all the special leaves.

If your progress stalls below 100%
When a zone refuses to tick over to 100%, the culprit is almost always a single stray leaf rather than a bug. Check the per-zone percentage in the top-left corner to see exactly which area is short, then head back and inspect the boundaries. Fences, walls, corners, and the spaces around objects hide the last few leaves, so angle your camera toward the ground and make a slow final pass with the Rake before moving on.
The path in the Basement only appears after every zone shows a full clear, so treat that top-left readout as your checklist. Once each area reads 100% and both Basement waves are gone, the exit route opens on its own.
