Corsair Cove hands you more than 100 different structures to place across a rugged, vertical archipelago. Each one has a fixed material cost, and the real difficulty is fitting them onto cliffs, ledges, and narrow flats while keeping everything connected to a Pirate Camp. Below is every building and precisely what it takes to construct it.
Quick answer: Gather the listed resources (Planks, Stone Blocks, Coins, Tabby, Rope, Sails, Silver, or Hardwood), connect the build site to a Pirate Camp with a road, bridge, ladder, or cliff path, then confirm construction. The building only starts once the connection exists and the full cost is available.

How building works in Corsair Cove
Every structure must sit within reach of a Pirate Camp, since that camp houses and feeds the workers assigned to it. A building will not begin construction until it is linked back to the haven with a road, rope bridge, cliff path, or ladder, and it stops working if that connection is later cut. Only a handful of structures need no connection at all.
Most buildings also demand a set number of workers. If there are not enough Drifters on the island to staff a structure, it will not run, and buildings cannot be partially staffed. You can switch any building off at any time to free its workers or to control how resources flow around the island.
The Woodcutter is the one outlier with no material cost, so it is your reliable starting point for Hardwood. Everything else pulls from a mix of Planks, Stone Blocks, Coins, Tabby, Rope, Sails, Silver, and Hardwood.

Unlocking buildings and confirming a build
Most of the list stays locked at the start. New structures open up as you progress the Technology Compass, and unlocking a fresh tier of ship reveals a matching set of buildings. Some support buildings become available automatically once the ship that needs them is constructed, so the Marketplace, for example, is unlocked after your first Tier 4 vessel is built at a pier.
Story mode introduces you to most of these structures as it teaches the core mechanics, which makes it the easiest way to see how each piece fits into your supply chain. Keep completing quests to widen the roster of what you can place.
You know a build succeeded when the placement preview snaps into a valid, connected spot and construction begins, drawing down the listed resources from your stores. If a building refuses to start, the usual causes are a missing connection to a Pirate Camp, not enough of a required material, or too few Drifters to staff it once it is finished. Clear those and the structure will raise on schedule.
