Demon Slayer 3D RP: How to Get the Water Siblings and The Hand Demon Badges

Both badges drop from the same Final Selection boss run, and only your squad's survival count decides which one you keep.

Both badges drop from the same Final Selection boss run, and only your squad’s survival count decides which one you keep.

The Water Siblings and The Hand Demon badges arrived in DEMON SLAYER 3D RP alongside a rebuilt Final Selection map, and they are the rare kind of Roblox badge that you cannot grab by touching a hidden object in a corner of the map. Both come from the same four-player mini-game, and which one lands in your inventory depends entirely on how many people are still standing when the boss dies.

Quick answer: Teleport to Final Selection, stand in the queue square until four players have joined, clear three enemy waves, then defeat the Hand Demon boss. If all four players survive the fight, everyone gets The Hand Demon badge; if anyone dies, the remaining survivors get Water Siblings instead.

Which badge you get: survival count is the only trigger

The game states the rule on screen before the fight begins. There is no separate difficulty setting, no hidden objective, and no second run required. One boss kill, two possible outcomes.

Outcome of the boss fightBadge awarded
All 4 players alive when the Hand Demon reaches 0 HPThe Hand Demon
Fewer than 4 players alive at the killWater Siblings (to the survivors)

That means Water Siblings is the easier of the two to stumble into, since a single death anywhere in the boss fight flips the reward. The Hand Demon requires a clean run with the full squad intact.

What you need before queueing

The mini-game will not begin with three people, or with two, or alone. The queue counter reads Players 0/4 and only starts the teleport countdown once it fills. On a quiet server, the practical fix is to hop between servers until you land in a populated one, or bring friends in through a private server so you control the headcount.

  • Four players in the queue square, no exceptions.
  • Access to the Final Selection destination in the Teleport menu.
  • A character picked during the intermission, which runs on a visible countdown.

How to reach the Final Selection mini-game

Launch DEMON SLAYER 3D RP and press PLAY from the main menu. Skip past PRIVATE SERVERS unless you are organising your own group of four.
Open the TELEPORT menu and choose Final Selection from the destination list, which also includes Kamado House, Butterfly Mansion, Demon Slayer Corp, Training Forest, Asakusa Tokyo, Infinity Castle and Abaza’s Room.
Follow the wisteria-lined path forward from your spawn point. The route through the forest leads to the open area that holds the mini-game queue.

Step onto the marked teleportation square and wait. The counter tracks players as they join, and once it hits four the game shows a “Teleporting in…” message and pulls everyone into the arena.

Use the intermission to pick your fighter from the “Select your character” screen. The timer is generous, but it does run out, so choose early rather than scrolling the full roster.

Clearing the three waves

Before the boss appears, the squad has to clear three rounds of enemies. Each wave has its own kill counter in the top of the screen, and the third wave runs to 120 kills before it closes out. The four of you share that total, so spreading out and clearing separate pockets of enemies finishes it faster than everyone chasing the same spawn.

Keep the Katana selected in your hotbar throughout. It is the tool you fight with in every wave and in the boss encounter, and switching away from it mid-wave is an easy way to get caught defenceless.

A short intermission follows the third wave. Use it to reposition before the boss spawns.

Hand Demon boss fight: SURVIVE and ATTACK phases

The Hand Demon enters with 25,000 HP and a health bar across the top of the screen. The fight is not a free-for-all. It cycles between two clearly labelled states, and the label tells you exactly what the game expects.

On-screen promptWhat to do
SURVIVE!Do not trade hits. Keep moving and dodge the boss’s attacks until the phase ends.
ATTACK!Close in and deal damage to chip away at the 25,000 HP pool.

Note: the SURVIVE! phase is where most squads lose The Hand Demon badge. Players who keep swinging during it take avoidable hits, and one death drops the group to the Water Siblings reward. If your goal is the four-player badge, treat that prompt as a hard stop on offence.

How to confirm the badge unlocked

The moment the boss health bar hits zero, Roblox’s “Badge Awarded” notification appears with the badge name under it, either Water Siblings or The Hand Demon. A victory screen follows, with Sakonji Urokodaki congratulating the surviving players. If you want a second check, open the in-game Badges menu, where unlocked badges and the characters they grant are listed.

If nothing pops, the usual causes are narrow. You died during the boss fight and were not among the survivors, the match never started because the queue did not reach four players, or the group failed to close out all three waves before the boss phase.

The pair works out to one badge you can collect on almost any successful run and one that demands a coordinated group, which is a reasonable split for content that shipped with the reworked Final Selection map. If you land Water Siblings first, the arena is repeatable, so the only thing standing between you and The Hand Demon is a squad that respects the SURVIVE! prompt.
