Ten Legacy Uniques are coming to Diablo 4 in Season 15, pulled straight from the original Diablo, Diablo 2, and Diablo 3. These are permanent additions rather than seasonal loot, and each one can be found in both regular Unique and Mythic quality. Five can be worn by every class, while the other five are locked to specific classes. Several powers have already surfaced on the public test realm, though a couple of items are still light on confirmed details.
Quick answer: Season 15 adds Leoric’s Crown, Nemesis Bracers, Ring of Royal Grandeur, Stone of Jordan, and Squirt’s Blouse for all classes, plus Arioc’s Needle, Henri’s Perquisition, In-Geom, The Furnace, and Messerschmidt’s Reaver for specific classes. All of them can be farmed as Uniques and upgraded to Mythic quality.

Blizzard confirmed the full lineup in its 3.2.0 PTR blog post, with the test build running August 4-11. Season 15 itself is expected to launch in September, after BlizzCon on September 12-13. Here is which slot each item fills and who can equip it.

Squirt’s Blouse is a reworked version of Diablo 3’s Squirt’s Necklace, moved into the chest slot. Messerschmidt’s Reaver is the only item that will not appear on the PTR; it arrives with the full Season 15 launch.
Rings, armor, and utility powers
Stone of Jordan (Ring)
The Diablo 2 classic sets all of your Resistances equal to your highest one and then adds bonus damage of that element. The Mythic version deals 33% more damage of that element, while the regular Unique was seen at 21%. Fire, Poison, Ice, and Shadow builds all benefit, since you stack a single resistance high and gain both defense and a flat damage boost from one slot.
Leoric’s Crown (Helm)
This helm counts as Jewelry and increases the effect of any gem socketed into it. Blizzard lists the boost at 75-100%, and the Mythic version pushes it higher, reaching 130% on the PTR. Because it counts as Jewelry, it opens up jewelry-only options and can slot high-value gems, pairing naturally with Stone of Jordan when you want to stack a single resistance.
Squirt’s Blouse (Chest)
While you are not taking damage, Squirt’s Blouse grants up to 65% more damage dealt at the cost of taking up to 50% more damage. The bonus resets the moment you lose Life. That makes it a glass-cannon chest piece that shines on builds which rarely get hit, such as minion and pet setups, and it should stack with other damage bonuses.
Nemesis Bracers (Gloves)
Nemesis Bracers spawn an Elite pack whenever you interact with a Shrine, exactly like their Diablo 3 counterpart. This is a farming tool rather than a combat piece. It pairs well with Shrine-heavy Nightmare Dungeons and any loop where guaranteed Elite kills mean more experience and loot.
Weapons and offhand powers
Arioc’s Needle (2H Polearm)
This polearm grants 65% Deadly Strike Chance, and your Deadly Strikes deal 130% increased damage. Deadly Strike is a returning stat that gives a chance to double physical damage, a mechanic that does not currently appear elsewhere in Diablo 4. Barbarian, Druid, and Spiritborn are the classes that can wield it.
The Furnace (2H Mace)
The Furnace has one simple, heavy-hitting power: you deal 214% more damage to Elites. That makes it a strong pick for boss killing and high Torment pushes, and its class list is broad, covering Barbarian, Druid, Necromancer, Paladin, and Warlock. On Necromancer minion builds, the value depends on the bonus carrying over to summons.
In-Geom (1H Sword)
Defeating an Elite pack reduces your Skill Cooldowns by 13 seconds for 15 seconds. With enough existing cooldown reduction, In-Geom lets you spam your skills at a rapid pace during that window. It naturally combines with anything that spawns extra Elite packs, and its one-handed slot leaves room for a second weapon. Barbarian, Druid, Rogue, Necromancer, Paladin, and Warlock can all use it.
Henri’s Perquisition (Offhand Focus)
This offhand focus gives Primary Stat equal to a portion of your Dexterity. Blizzard lists the value at 85-115%, and the Mythic version reaches the top of that range at 115%. For Sorcerer, Necromancer, and Warlock, that turns Dexterity rolls on other gear into extra Intelligence, though it commits you to a weapon-and-focus loadout rather than a two-hander.
Items without confirmed effects yet
Two items are still short on details. Ring of Royal Grandeur reduced set-item requirements by one in Diablo 3, and its Diablo 4 effect has not been detailed. Messerschmidt’s Reaver was not playable on the PTR and only arrives with the Season 15 launch, so its final power is not testable yet. Blizzard has said Legacy Unique affixes stay reminiscent of their originals but may be adjusted to fit current itemization, so expect changes from the old versions.
How to get the Legacy Uniques
Legacy Uniques drop through normal play and join the general Unique loot pools, so endgame boss ladder runs and high-Torment world drops are the main sources. Because five of them are class-restricted, running the correct class matters for the weapons and the focus. Each one can also be upgraded to Mythic quality through the reworked crafting system, with the Horadric Cube offering a direct 1:1 upgrade that keeps your affixes, tempering, and masterworking intact.
Since these are permanent additions rather than seasonal loot, they remain available in every version of Diablo 4 going forward. As the PTR runs and more of Season 15 is revealed at BlizzCon, expect full affix values for the remaining items to be confirmed.
