The final stretch of Ralph’s Mini-Game Mayhem quest sends you into Skull Rock for a scavenger hunt, where you have to dig up three buried treasures to win. The clues you get are vague, and the sparkling dig spots blend into the cave floor, so it is easy to walk right past them.
Quick answer: Equip your Royal Shovel and dig three sparkling spots inside Skull Rock. Two sit on the second floor, one next to the pile of gold and one at the top of the ramp, and the third sits beside the dock on the first floor.
Before you start digging
The hunt only covers the first and second levels of Skull Rock. You never need to head down into the underground tunnels or climb to the higher rooms, so if you find yourself on those levels you have gone too far.
Each treasure is a small, sparkling dig node you open with the Royal Shovel. The three clues the game hands you are simple, but the wording points at features that are hard to spot in the cave lighting.

There is no proper staircase here. The clue means the only ramp you can climb to reach the upper floor, which the game treats as the “stairs.”

The “bridge” is really the wooden dock that stretches out over the water near the entrance, in the bright, plank-lined part of the cave.
Finish the hunt and claim the reward
Once all three treasures are dug up, head back to the second floor and speak with Ralph to report your win. He hands over the grand prize, which includes the Arcade Prize Counter, Arcade Prize Counter Section, and Arcade Prize Corner furniture items. Vanellope waves off taking the reward herself, so it lands with you and wraps up Mini-Game Mayhem.
If a dig spot does not appear, make sure every contestant has arrived before you enter Skull Rock and that you are searching only the first and second floors. Straying into the tunnels or upper rooms is the most common reason the treasures seem to be missing.
