Dark Arisen hands every vocation new weapon skills to fold into its kit. There are 19 in total spread across nine vocations. Trickster picks up three; the other eight each get two. Half of them you pay for outright, and the rest you earn by finishing the expansion’s story and settling a score with a Maister’s spirit.

Quick answer: Dark Arisen adds 19 weapon skills across nine vocations. One per vocation is bought with Discipline Points at an Obelisk of Benediction in Norgan; the rest come from beating each vocation’s Maister spirit after the main quest.
The two ways to unlock the new skills
Every new skill is tied to an Obelisk of Benediction in Norgan, and each vocation has its own Obelisk. The split is simple. One skill per vocation is a straight purchase, and the other is locked behind a fight.
Unlock each purchasable skill by carrying an offering flame to its corresponding Obelisk, then spending the listed Discipline. The usual price is 2,500 Dcp; Sorcerer and Magick Archer skills are 5,000 Dcp. Trickster alone requires two separate purchases.
The remaining rewards are available after the story. Once you finish Dark Arisen’s main storyline, revisit the Obelisk for your vocation, where the Maister’s spirit will appear. Defeat it to unlock the skill for that vocation.

Title Update 3.2 raised the number of equippable weapon skills from four to six, so you have room to slot these new abilities without dropping your whole existing loadout.

What each skill does, by vocation
Fighter
With Whirlwind Strike, rush into range and carve the enemy with several quick cuts; you may finish with a forceful blow that can unbalance it. Use the move to catch foes who try to fight from a distance and maintain the pressure.
While Shield Precision is running, any incoming blow that Defend could stop triggers True Deflect automatically; a hit from a smaller foe also launches it away from the shield. The stance uses Stamina continuously and costs extra on each deflection, so save it for threatening attacks instead of leaving it active.
Archer
Use Falcon Arrow to push off an opponent, leap backward, and release an arrow as you move. If that foe is staggered or already down, the Arisen instead vaults over it and sends a powerful arrow vertically into the target.
Fire Cloudburst Shot to cover a broad area with arrows falling from above; shots closest to the reticle’s center have the best chance of connecting. As long as you keep the bow drawn, you can release the attack repeatedly, making it effective on groups packed together.
Mage
Virtuous Bolt calls forth divine spirits to infuse magickal bursts from a staff or archistaff with holy spellshots; charged core skills gain shots that pass through several targets.
Benediction trades a slice of the Mage’s maximum HP to place a revival effect on the whole party, bringing downed allies back up automatically for its duration. The reduced health pool is the cost of that safety net.
Thief
Fang Schism opens with an upward strike and then sets off an explosion. Hold the button down to add a leaping slash before the blast, giving you two ways to start the same combo.
Combustive Caper lays explosives behind you as you sprint; when you come to a stop, every charge detonates over a broad area at once. Charges left in place longer produce larger blasts, so route choice matters.
Warrior
Iron Cleave surges into a group, scraping its blade across the ground before ending with a forceful rising cut. The charge reduces incoming damage, allowing you to break through resistance.
Blood Pact enters an enraged state that raises resistance, cuts charge time, and lets you chain consecutive Mighty Sweeps without the usual timing. HP drains steadily the whole time it is active.
Sorcerer
High Brontide is an upgraded Brontide. Its lightning whip lasts longer, hits harder, and uses less Stamina per swing, which helps the Sorcerer keep offense going through longer fights.
Chilling Embrace releases a freezing aura around the Sorcerer that can freeze enemies caught in range and lowers the caster’s own vulnerability. It gives a vocation that struggles up close a way to buy space.
Mystic Spearhand
Bataille Twinne creates a shade of its caster, which attacks with repeated slashes for a limited duration and deals damage alongside you.
Hindridge Mirke charges forward and lays down a gravitational pull that slows nearby enemies, then boosts the damage of your diving attacks afterward. The control and the follow-up damage pair into strong setups.
Magick Archer
Shadefetter Bolt is an upgraded Shadebind Bolt. It keeps the slowing effect but makes it last longer and costs less Stamina to fire, which suits keeping mobile enemies under control.
Harmonic Pentad fires bolts that imbue allies with Holy damage, and the same bolts deal Holy damage to enemies. That lets it buff the party and contribute offense in one skill.
Trickster
Curing Cloud spends some of the Trickster’s HP on a ranged attack that restores the Simulacrum’s health, keeping the illusion standing while it holds enemy attention.
Diverting Fume pulls enemy aggression away from your Simulacrum, giving you another lever to steer how foes react to the illusion.
Dream Giant’s Pommel calls forth giant Simulacrum limbs to hit enemies, dealing heavy health and knockdown damage. This post-story reward for the Trickster is its most direct way to apply pressure.

Confirming a skill unlocked
Once you pay the Discipline at the Obelisk or beat the Maister’s spirit, the new skill shows up in that vocation’s weapon skill list, ready to assign to one of your six slots. If it is not there, you are either on the wrong vocation or standing at the wrong Obelisk, since each skill belongs to a single vocation and its matching Obelisk in Norgan.
