The Trident Bucket is a Legendary reward hidden inside a secret Atlantis chamber in Drain the Lake, and claiming it unlocks the Lost Trident badge for 150 Gems. It is not bought or crafted. You solve a short environmental puzzle that requires one specific bucket, then walk into the chamber and pick it up.
Quick answer: Equip the Jewel Bucket, find the Atlantis biome past Checkpoint 5, drain until a Jeweled Bowl appears, fill the bowl using the Jewel Bucket, then return to the Atlantis door and hold E to enter the chamber and take the Trident Bucket.
You need the Jewel Bucket first
The Jewel Bucket is the only bucket that can fill the Atlantis bowl. Without it, the game blocks the puzzle with a message telling you your current bucket is not worthy. There is no workaround, so unlock the Jewel Bucket before anything else.
You get the Jewel Bucket by reaching the second Hidden Treasure ending instead of the standard phone ending. Skip the phone ending and complete the Angler Fish area ending to earn it. Once it is in your inventory, you are ready to head for Atlantis.

Add to Google Preferences →Where the Atlantis biome appears
The Atlantis biome has no fixed spot on the map. The Atlantis Update shuffles the biome and checkpoint order on every run, so no two attempts play out the same way. The green Atlantis section only ever shows up after Checkpoint 5.
Most players run into it somewhere around Checkpoint 4, 5, or 6, though you may have to drain much deeper. There is also a chance Atlantis does not spawn at all during a given run. If that happens, leave and start a fresh game.
How to open the Atlantis door and claim the Trident Bucket

E to open the entrance and step into the hidden chamber.E to collect it. It is free, and picking it up unlocks the Lost Trident badge.
How to know it worked
The moment you pick up the Trident Bucket, the Lost Trident badge unlocks and grants 150 Gems. The bucket enters your collection as a Legendary, so it also counts toward the Bucket List badge for owning every bucket.
Note: The treasure chests scattered around the chamber and the wider Atlantis biome are cosmetic only. They cannot be opened, so there is nothing else to grab in the room.

Common reasons the puzzle fails
| Problem | Why it happens |
|---|---|
| “This bucket is not worthy” at the bowl | You are not holding the Jewel Bucket. Only the Jewel Bucket fills the bowl. |
| Door still says “The bowl is not filled” | The Jeweled Bowl has not been filled yet. Drain further to find it, then fill it. |
| No Atlantis biome on your run | Atlantis is randomized and only spawns past Checkpoint 5. It may not appear at all, so start a new game. |
| Trident Bucket already gone from the room | Only one player per server can claim it. Once taken, it disappears for everyone else. |
That last point matters most in co-op. Only one player needs to fill the bowl for the whole server to pass that step, but only one player can walk out with the Trident Bucket. Once someone picks it up, everyone else has to join a different server or wait for a fresh game. If you are playing with friends, agree on who takes it before opening the chamber.
