Driving Empire: How to Set Up the Helicopter AFK Money Method (Roblox)

Loop a helicopter flight with a macro to bank about $1,000 a minute while away from the keyboard.

Loop a helicopter flight with a macro to bank about $1,000 a minute while away from the keyboard.

Flying a helicopter at full speed in Driving Empire registers as driving, so the game keeps paying you distance-based cash the whole time you are moving. Pair that with a looping macro, and the helicopter never has to touch the ground, which turns it into a passive earner that runs while you step away.

Quick answer: Buy the 2014 Robin S22 helicopter, fly it high and away from buildings, then record a straight-line-and-return flight in TinyTask with Continuous Playback enabled and press Play to loop it. This pays about $1,000 per minute, or roughly $1,440,000 per day.

What you need before starting

You only need three things to run this method. Everything else is optional and simply raises your hourly rate.

  • A helicopter. The basic 2014 Robin S22 costs $150,000 and works fine for this.
  • TinyTask on PC, or a macro-capable auto-clicker on mobile, to repeat the flight path automatically.
  • Optional: the VIP gamepass (399 Robux), which grants a permanent 50% cash boost while driving and increases everything you earn from this loop.

Helicopter loop vs the official AFK servers

The game includes dedicated AFK servers for passive income, but the payout there is much lower than an active helicopter loop. The numbers below show why the macro method comes out ahead.

MethodPer minutePer hourPer day
Helicopter macro loop$1,000$60,000$1,440,000
Official AFK servers~$300~$18,000~$432,000

The VIP boost stacks on top of the helicopter figures, so the daily total climbs further if you own the gamepass.

Buy a helicopter at the Aviation dealership

Open the teleport menu using the map icon on the left side of the screen. Choose Dealerships, then select Aviation and press Teleport.
Walk inside the Aviation Central building to the desk with the green circle on the floor marked “BUY AIRCRAFTS HERE!”. Step into the circle to open the Helicopters & Planes shop.
Select the 2014 Robin S22 for $150,000. When the confirmation prompt appears, click Yes to complete the purchase. The pricier options, such as the 2020 Phantom P5 and the DE Military Transport Helicopter, are not needed for this method.

Record the flight loop in TinyTask

Download and open TinyTask (version 1.77 is the current build) from the official page. Keep the small toolbar visible on top of the Roblox window.
In TinyTask, click Prefs (the wrench icon) and enable Continuous Playback. This is what makes the macro repeat forever instead of running once.
Open My Vehicles from the car icon, spawn the 2014 Robin S22, and fly straight up to maximum altitude. Then fly out over open ground or water, away from the city, so nothing blocks the path.
Click Rec in TinyTask, then click back into the Roblox window. Hold W to fly forward in a straight line at full speed for about one minute.
Press A to turn the helicopter 180 degrees, then hold W again to fly back toward your starting area for roughly another minute. This creates a clean out-and-back path the macro can repeat.

Open TinyTask and click Rec again to stop recording. Click Play, and the macro will fly forward, turn around, and return on its own with no keyboard input.
Click Save to store the recording so you can reload it later with Open instead of recording a new path each session.

How to confirm it is working

Watch the cash counter in the bottom-left corner while the macro runs. As long as the helicopter keeps moving at full speed, the number climbs steadily, and a correctly recorded loop should add close to $1,000 for every minute of flight. If the count keeps rising without you touching the keyboard, the loop is set up correctly.

If the counter stops rising

  • The helicopter hit a building, tree, or terrain. Fly higher and record the path over open water or a flat, empty area so the loop never collides with anything.
  • Continuous Playback was not enabled, so the macro ran once and stopped. Turn it on in Prefs before pressing Play.
  • The helicopter is not at full speed. Cash only counts when you are moving at max speed, so hold W for the whole recorded stretch.

Once the loop is stable, the helicopter keeps earning on its own, which is what pushes the daily total toward $1,440,000 and leaves the official AFK servers well behind. Running it in a private server also keeps the flight path clear of other players.
