Every Evomon Ranked – Evomon Tier List for July 2026

All final-evolution Evomons sorted from S to D by stats, typing, and endgame performance.

All final-evolution Evomons sorted from S to D by stats, typing, and endgame performance.

Evomon throws more than 200 catchable creatures at you, but only a handful actually carry a team through Story Mode, Dungeons, Raid Mode, and PvP. The gap between a top pick and filler comes down to raw stats, how good its typing is against the fights you keep hitting, and whether its final evolution still holds up in the late game. Here is where every Evomon lands right now, judged on its strongest form.

Quick answer: Arcapex, Lavarock, Volcrest, Tarragon, Wisphex, and Mirefish are the strongest Evomons in the game. Build your team around any of them and evolve everything else toward its final form before you commit resources.

Evomon Tier List

Evomon tier list overview (July 2026)

Rankings reflect the July 2026 meta and score each species on its final evolution, factoring in damage and HP spread, elemental coverage, and how reliably it clears endgame content. Some entries are intermediate forms and sit lower than their evolved versions on purpose, so keep leveling toward the final stage.

S tier: the best Evomons

These six define the current meta and stay relevant in every mode. Arcapex is the headline pick with 115 damage and 90 HP, giving your team fast special damage plus useful Electric coverage. Lavarock is the Fire type you want long term, and it is easy to reach early at Lava Crag. Tarragon is the best tank in the late game, Mirefish soaks hits with a huge 115 HP pool, Volcrest fills coverage gaps with a Bleed debuff, and Wisphex is the top Poison option that anchors most grinding lineups.

A tier: strong picks that clear everything

A tier lacks a little of the S-tier ceiling but still handles every game mode. Pummash hits hardest here at 117 damage and is the best free Fighting type thanks to its speed for first strikes. Astraknight can solo-carry the late game if you pick it up early through the premium pass. Blazmane and Empixy cover Fire, Frostseer stacks Frostbite damage, and Pebgolem and Fluffastar give you cheap, dependable Rock walls.

B tier: solid mid-game options

B tier is where the “good, but replaceable” crowd lives. These Evomons will get you through the mid game and cover specific type gaps, though most fall behind S and A picks once endgame fights ramp up. Sundercrene and Viparch punch above the tier on raw damage, and Arcub is still a fine Electric option if you have not evolved it all the way to Arcapex yet. Treat these as bridges, not final answers.

C tier: early-game carries that fall off

C tier is full of Evomons that shine for the first few islands and then stop keeping pace. Several are intermediate forms whose final evolutions rank far higher, so Tarro, Pummpaw, and Frostlet belong here only until you push them into Tarragon, Pummash, and Frostseer. Use these to exploit early elemental matchups, then swap them out.

D tier: skip unless you need the Evodex entry

Bottom of the board. These Evomons are weak on their own and do not scale, so there is no reason to invest evolution materials into them beyond finishing your Evodex. Catch them, log them, and move on.

Where to start building your team

If you are picking a starter, Blazpup is the strongest opener because of its early Burn pressure, but you can grab Sparkit or Lavite on the third island at Lava Crag instead, which frees you to choose Water or Grass and still land a top Fire type. A well-rounded endgame core covers as many elements as possible with the fewest shared weaknesses. Arcapex for fast special damage, Lavarock as your main damage dealer, Tarragon as a defensive anchor, Pummash as a physical sweeper, and Wisphex for utility gives you a lineup that clears Story Mode, Dungeons, Raid Mode, and PvP.

Tip: A lower-tier Evomon is not a wasted catch. Many C and D picks carry you through the early islands just fine, and the tier only matters once you reach the harder late-game content and need the stat ceiling of an evolved S or A creature.

Balance patches and new Evomons will keep shifting these placements, so treat this as the July 2026 snapshot and re-check your core whenever a fresh season lands.
