Season 3 is the biggest structural change Evomon has had since seasonal islands arrived. The headline additions are a player-to-player trading system built around physical booths, six new Evomon families tied to specific content sources, and more room on the Expedition Isles map. Preview footage has already shown the models, their Shiny variants, and how each one is obtained.

Quick answer: Season 3 adds a trading system with player-run booths, six new Evomon families split across Ultimate Trial, Battle Pass, Legendary Boss, and Seasonal Isle sources, plus additional Expedition Isles content.

Evomon Season 3 release timing and maintenance

Season 3 goes live after a server maintenance window at 3:00 AM. No official calendar date has been confirmed for that window, so treat any specific day circulating outside the game as unverified until the developers post it.

The simplest way to confirm the season has landed is the in-game Update Log, which currently reads v1.2.7. When the patch applies, the log entry changes and the locked, greyed-out rows in the Evomon Index begin filling in with the new families. You can check the experience page directly on Roblox to see when the servers come back up.

All new Season 3 Evomon and how to get them

Six families have been shown so far, and each one is locked behind a different content type. That matters for planning, because a Battle Pass Evomon and a Legendary Boss Evomon need completely different preparation. Every family shown so far also has a Shiny form.

Voidor is the Ultimate Trial reward, and the preview shows its base model, a riding animation, and its combat set. Ultimate Trial is the same dark arena content featured in the season trailer, where Evomon fight in a ritual-style battleground.

Aurevix sits on the Battle Pass track, so it is progression-gated rather than luck-gated — you earn it by clearing season missions. Budelle and Rillfin both come from Legendary Boss encounters, and Mushjell and Craglet are Seasonal Isle catches. Craglet’s preview includes mount animations, so it doubles as a traversal option.

How the Evomon trading system works

Trading is the first real player economy in the game, and it is limited rather than open-ended. Instead of direct player-to-player swaps in a menu, it runs through a trading plaza filled with booths. Empty stalls are labelled “Empty Booth” until a player claims one and stocks it, at which point it displays as “GOODS”.

Opening a stocked booth pulls up a shop-style interface rather than a negotiation window. Each listing shows the seller’s item name, a stock count, and a price in gems — a demo listing showed “Vipip’s Shiny Egg” with a stock of 10 at 200 gems each. In practice that means Shiny eggs and rare materials become buyable with currency instead of purely farmable.

Gems become far more valuable once booths are live, so think twice before spending them on convenience purchases in the days leading up to the update.

Expedition Isles: Cyanrock Valley and the three locked islands

The Island Map splits into two branches, Seasonal Isles and Expedition Isles. Expedition Isles currently holds one playable destination, Cyanrock Valley at Lv. 180, with three more slots sitting behind question marks. Those locked entries are the clearest signal of where Season 3 expands, and the map layout points toward new boss locations rather than a simple reskin.

Cyanrock Valley remains the gateway zone, and it is steep. The level requirement means an under-levelled team gets shut out entirely, so this is the area to clear before the season rolls over. Selecting it on the map brings up its teleport panel.

Grass and Ground attackers handle the valley best, and Taragon is a reliable pick for the run. The zone’s own catch, Cyanie, is a Rock and Electric dual-type that also works as a mount once you have it.

Season Pass rewards and Celesthorn

The Season Pass track carries its own headline Evomon each season, and the current pass lists Celesthorn among its rewards. Aurevix slots into the Battle Pass line for Season 3, which means pass progress is the only route to it — there is no wild spawn or boss drop alternative shown.

Anything still unclaimed on the current pass track disappears when the season turns over. Empty the reward list before the maintenance window.

What to farm before Season 3 goes live

Stockpile EXP Fruits. They are the fastest way to push a team toward the Lv. 180 threshold that Expedition Isles content demands, and holding a reserve means you can level a new Season 3 catch immediately instead of grinding it from scratch.
Bank Talent Vector Potions in your Material inventory. New families arrive with fresh talent rolls, and having potions ready lets you fix a bad spread on a Legendary Boss or Ultimate Trial Evomon the day you get it.
Leave the game running to AFK grind in the lead-up. It is the low-effort way to accumulate currency and levels while you wait, and it costs nothing but uptime.
Collect your 7-Day Rewards and any outstanding daily coins so nothing lapses across the version change.
Audit your PvP setup in the Evomon Team menu. PvP movesets are configured separately from PvE, so check each fighter’s equipped skills and talents individually — a competitive build like Starfire running Leaf Storm, Fighting Will II, and Vine Drain needs its own pass.

Once the servers return, the fastest check is the Evomon Index. Scroll to the locked entries you could not open before — as the new families release, those slots populate with their dex numbers and typings, the same way Bubble sits at N.001. From there, the split is simple: Ultimate Trial and Legendary Boss runs for Voidor, Budelle, and Rillfin, Seasonal Isle catching for Mushjell and Craglet, and steady pass progress for Aurevix.
