Fill Water Tanks is an incremental simulator on Roblox where you gather water, sell it for cash, and pour that money back into upgrades that make each cycle faster and more profitable. The loop is simple to start, but the upgrade paths, pipe rolls, and employees quickly change how much water you produce per second.
Quick answer: Stand on the red Fill Tank! button to fill your tank to its capacity, then step off the button to sell the water for cash. Spend that cash on tank upgrades, pipe rolls, and employees to increase output. You can open Fill Water Tanks directly on Roblox.

Fill and sell water (the core loop)
Everything in the game runs on one repeating cycle. You fill the tank while standing on the button, then sell by stepping off. Your starting tank holds a small amount, shown as a counter such as 0/10, and the on-screen prompt updates as you fill.

You know it worked when your cash total rises after stepping off the button and the tank counter resets so you can fill it again.

Add to Google Preferences →Upgrade the Water Tank to raise capacity
Upgrading the Water Tank increases how much water it can hold before you sell, so each cycle is worth more. Buy these at the upgrade station as soon as you can afford them.
| Upgrade | Cost | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Water Tank Level 2 | $5 | Increases tank capacity |
| Water Tank Level 3 | $10 | Raises capacity to 100 |
Related upgrades adjust how much each sale is worth. The Water Gain upgrade starts at a x1 multiplier for $1, boosting the value of the water you sell. Prioritize tank capacity first so your fills carry more water, then raise the multiplier.

Roll for pipes and place them in slots
Pipes add passive water generation. You obtain them by rolling at the roll station, then physically placing the pipe you receive into an open slot on your plot.
Two upgrades control your rolling. Roll Luck improves the chance of better pipes, moving from x1.1 to x1.2 for $35, while Roll Speed shortens the time between rolls from 3s to 2.8s for $15. Expanding from one slot to two slots is a long-term goal priced at $10M, so unlocking a second slot is meant for later in a run.

Hire employees to fill faster
Employees speed up how quickly your tank fills. Open the Hire Employees menu to bring them on. Each employee boosts your water fill speed by 10%, and the effect stacks as you hire more.
Hiring costs $15 in cash, or 29 Robux if you prefer to buy the boost directly. Because faster filling shortens every cycle, employees pay off well once your tank capacity is already high.

Rebirth and extra boosts
Once your income slows relative to upgrade prices, Rebirth resets your progress in exchange for large permanent boosts, letting the next run climb faster than the last. This is the standard way to break through expensive milestones like the second pipe slot.
A Friend Boost also appears in-game, starting at 0% and increasing when friends join your server. Playing with others adds a small bonus on top of your upgrades at no cash cost.

The fastest way to progress early is to keep the fill-and-sell cycle tight, put your first cash into tank capacity, then layer in the Water Gain multiplier, a pipe or two, and a few employees. Once each cycle nets far more than a full sale used to, Rebirth resets you with stronger multipliers so the whole loop starts paying off much quicker.
