Find the DINOS [75] is a Roblox collecting game built around a single goal: track down 75 hidden dinosaur characters scattered across four themed areas. Each one you touch is logged in the DinoLog, an index that shows every dinosaur’s name, a short location hint, a difficulty rating, and its global find chance. The catch is that reaching a full 75 is not purely about exploration. One dinosaur sits behind a paywall, and several others are locked behind keys, keypad codes, and repeated-click puzzles.
Quick answer: 74 dinosaurs are hidden across the spawn, ice, desert, and volcano biomes. The 75th, King Dino, unlocks only with VIP — either 300 Robux or reaching Day 7 of the Daily Rewards.
The four biomes and the DinoLog
The map is split into four connected zones, and the dinosaurs are distributed across all of them. You begin in the spawn clearing near the DinoLog menu, then move outward into an ice world, a desert region, and a volcano zone. Bridges labelled things like “Ice/Lobby Dino,” “Desert/Lobby Dino,” and “Volcano/Desert Dino” mark the transitions between areas, and each of those transition points also hides a dinosaur.
The DinoLog is the reference you check constantly. Opening an entry shows a hint such as “Detials : Near a Cactus!” for Beach Dino, alongside a difficulty label and a “Globally Find Chance” percentage. Beach Dino, for example, is rated Easy with a global find rate of 53.6%. A collection counter sits above your character and climbs from 0/75 toward 74/75 as you go.

Most dinosaurs are collected by simply walking into them. Some stand out in the open on beaches, hills, and snowfields, while others are tucked away on rooftops, inside chimneys, behind house walls, or at the end of floating obby (obstacle) courses. When you reach one, the game plays a short collection animation and marks it in your log.

Touching a dinosaur triggers an on-screen pop-up confirming the find. That confirmation is how you know a collection registered, and the counter above your head ticks up by one at the same moment.

Not every dinosaur is on solid ground. Some are hidden inside water, behind waterfalls, or in submerged spots that you have to swim through to reach.

Buildings hold plenty of finds too. Certain interiors are sealed behind a lockpicking minigame, and once you get inside you can grab the dinosaur waiting among the crates and furniture.

Exploration also takes you across floating platforms, laser corridors, and set pieces such as a shipwreck wrapped in giant tentacles. Reaching those spots often means completing a short platforming section first.

Difficulty tiers in the DinoLog
Every dinosaur carries a difficulty rating in its log entry. These labels tell you roughly how hard a find is to reach, from open-air pickups to hidden secret characters.
| Difficulty | Example dinosaur |
|---|---|
| Easy | Beach Dino |
| Medium | Candy Dino |
| Hard | TV Dino |
| Insane | Crying Dino |
| Mythic | Pink Crystal Dino |
| Secret | Snake Dino |
Colored keys and the doors they open
Three colored keys gate off separate hidden areas, each holding one or more dinosaurs you cannot reach otherwise. You pick up a key somewhere in a biome, then use it on the matching locked door. A confirmation such as “Collected the Red key!” followed by “Red unlocked!” tells you the door is open.
| Key | Found in | Opens |
|---|---|---|
| Red Key | Spawn hill ledge | Laser chamber with Pink Crystal Dino |
| Pink Key | Desert sands | Yellow tunnel with Doodle Dino and T-REX Dino |
| Green Key | Under bedroom crates | Sewer pipe with Slime Dino |
Click-to-break secret dinosaurs
A handful of dinosaurs are trapped inside objects that must be broken by clicking them repeatedly. A “Click Left!” prompt appears when you interact, and the dinosaur is released only after you hit the required number of clicks. These are among the game’s Secret-tier finds.
| Dinosaur | Object | Clicks |
|---|---|---|
| Angry Dino | Stone rubble | 50 |
| Iced Dino | Ice cube | 50 |
| Chill Dino | Sand crate | 60 |
| Chiseled Dino | Vault box | 100 |
The 2120 bedroom keypad
One dinosaur, Sleepy Dino, sits behind a keypad-locked bedroom door. The code is 2120. The individual digits are shown as red number clues placed on walls around the map, and entering the full code opens the room. The Green Key is also stashed inside that same bedroom, under wooden crates, which is what makes the keypad worth solving.
King Dino and the VIP cage
The 75th and final dinosaur, King Dino, is the one you cannot reach through exploration. It is held inside a VIP cage, and the cage only opens for players who have VIP status. Without it, the counter tops out at 74/75 no matter how thoroughly you search the four biomes.

There are two ways to gain VIP. You can buy it directly for 300 Robux, or you can reach Day 7 of the game’s Daily Rewards, which grants VIP as a login reward. Either route opens the cage so you can collect King Dino and finish the log.
If you would rather not spend Robux, logging in daily and claiming rewards through Day 7 reaches the same result at no cost.
Completion is confirmed the same way as every other find. Once King Dino is collected, the counter above your character reads 75/75 and the DinoLog shows a full index with no empty slots, which is the signal that you have caught every dinosaur in the game.
