Noiseform mastery is a four-quest catch list on a rod you already own. Each quest wants a specific fish with extra mutations stacked on. The first batch all require Rhythmic, which only has a chance to appear after a clean minigame.
Quick answer: Open Noiseform mastery at level 1000, then catch every listed fish below. Land Rhythmic only by finishing with zero incorrect zones. The Mastery menu checks off each quest and grants the rewards, including Ravereign when all four are done.
Noiseform mastery level requirement
Mastery on Noiseform starts at level 1000. Below that, the quests stay locked. You also need the unrestricted rod first. Mastery does not replace the Mysterious Shadow unlock. It sits on top of it.
Noiseform mastery quest catches
There are four quests. Clear them in any grind order you want, but the mutations do not get easier. Later quests stack two statuses on one fish.

A Noisy Throwback is five separate Rhythmic catches, not one. Dance of the Green Titan needs Sparkling and Rhythmic on the same Mossjaw. Soul of the Devil is a single Soultorn Olympian Devil. Flow of Life wants Shiny and Flowed on the same Flower Guardian.
Friends can sit on the same targets and cut the wait. The mutations still have to roll on your catch.
Rhythmic catch conditions
Rhythmic is the gate for the first two quests. It is not a bait and it is not a weather buff. It rolls after you catch the fish without picking a wrong zone.
Noiseform has 0 control, so the reeling bar is 30 percent wide. During the minigame, three zones can spawn. Each zone covers 12 percent of the bar. While those zones are up, progress loss drops by 33 percent.
Three warnings flash first and show the correct zone. A beam then strikes for 0.15 seconds. Hold the bar on the matching zone. A correct pick adds 20 percent progress. A wrong pick cuts control by 28 percent. Four wrong picks end the minigame and the fish is gone.
If the bar covers a correct zone and a wrong zone at the same time, the correct zone wins. That overlap is why a 30 percent bar is usable here. Still, you want the bar parked on the warned shape, not sliding through every lane.
Finish the fish with no incorrect zones and Rhythmic has a 33 percent chance to apply. A clean run is required. It is not a guarantee. That 33 percent roll is why the five-fish opener takes the longest.
Zones can appear on a 50 percent chance every 3.5 seconds. You will see more than one set on a long fight. Treat every set the same. One late miss still blocks the Rhythmic roll.
Sparkling, Soultorn, Shiny, and Flowed conditions
After the five Rhythmic fish, the remaining quests add a second mutation. Keep using Noiseform for those rolls. The rod already tries to apply two of them on its own.

For Sparkling or Shiny, run Blessed and Glittered, wait for a Rainbow, and keep Relic Construct equipped. That setup is the one that speeds those two statuses. It does not create Rhythmic. You still have to play the zones clean on the Mossjaw.
Soultorn is a native Noiseform roll at 35 percent. The rod can also try to hand you a Soultorn fish of a higher rarity on a catch, with a 1.85× weight boost. Use that on Olympian Devil and stay on the rod. Switching off Noiseform throws away the built-in Soultorn chance.
Flowed is also native, at 25 percent, until mastery is finished. Flow of Life is the last quest, so you work with that 25 percent while hunting the Flower Guardian. Shiny still has to land on the same fish. Do not cash a Flowed Flower Guardian that is not Shiny, and do not cash a Shiny one that is not Flowed.
Noiseform mastery rewards
Each quest pays out when that catch list is done. Clearing all four also grants the grand reward skin.

Flow of Life is the only reward that changes how the rod plays. It shortens Falling Arrow Time from a 1–10 window to a 1–5 window. It raises Flowed chance from 25 percent to 35 percent. It also softens the incorrect zone penalty from −28 percent control to −20 percent.
Those three changes apply after the Shiny Flowed Flower Guardian is turned in. They do not help you land that last catch. They make later fishing cleaner, especially the zone checks and the falling-arrow burst.
How to confirm Noiseform mastery
Open the Mastery menu on Noiseform. Finished quests show as complete and list their rewards. A Noisy Throwback completes only after all five Rhythmic fish are in. The other three complete on the single required catch.
Mastery is done when every quest is checked off and Ravereign is granted. If a quest is still open, the catch was the wrong fish, the wrong mutation mix, or Rhythmic never rolled.
The usual misses are simple. You are under level 1000. You picked a wrong zone, so Rhythmic never rolled. You got Rhythmic but not Sparkling on the Mossjaw. You got Soultorn or Flowed on the wrong species. Four wrong zones also just fail the fish before any mutation can apply.
Keep the Mastery menu open between sessions and cash each valid catch as it lands. Once the four quests and Ravereign are sitting on the rod, there is nothing left to turn in.
