You will find this lifeguard character, dressed in an orange safety vest, visor, headphones, and a yellow inflatable ring, standing near the main pool inside the new Water Park area at Fischfest. Interacting with Wade opens a two-part questline that pays out cosmetic and currency rewards.

How to reach Waterpark Wade at Fischfest

Spawn into the game and travel to the shores of Moosewood Village. Look for the Fischfest Clam along the shore and enter it to move to the event area.

At the Fischfest shore, spawn a boat and steer south. The Water Park sits in that direction, away from the main landing area.

Head to the main pool. Waterpark Wade stands behind a set of barrier boards near the pool. Interact with the NPC to accept the questline. No level requirement or item is needed to start.

Quest 1: Clogged Pipes

This mission asks you to fish in three separate spots around the Water Park. You need five fish from each location, and any species counts. Move to each set of coordinates, cast until you have five catches, then travel to the next spot.

Each quest step updates as you meet its target, so the fish counter for Clogged Pipes should tick upward as you land catches at the correct coordinates, and each Test Run objective marks off the moment you use the matching attraction. When both quests are cleared, the Rubber Ducky Floatie skin and the Sunslasher Popsicle Floatie boat appear in your inventory, the Waterpark Engineer title becomes selectable, and your Sunshell balance increases by 2,000. If a fishing objective is not counting, check that you are standing at the exact coordinates for that pool, slide, or river section, since catches only register inside the correct Water Park zone.
