Requirements to redeem Fish It codes
Fish It does not allow code redemption from the start of the game. You need to meet a level requirement before the redeem field becomes usable. In practice, the requirement behaves as follows:
- You must complete the tutorial first.
- The game states that codes unlock at Level 10.
- In many cases, codes only begin to redeem consistently once you reach Level 11.
Some individual codes also have extra conditions. Examples include needing to have visited the Leviathan's Den, completed the Leviathan quest, or reached a high account level such as Level 100. If those conditions are not met, the code will not apply even if it is still within its active window.
How to redeem codes in Fish It
Once your character is at the required level, the code redemption process is always handled through the in-game store menu. Follow these steps to claim rewards:
Step 1: Start Fish It in Roblox by launching the experience from its page at https://www.roblox.com/games/121864768012064/Fish-It. Let the game load in fully and finish the tutorial if you have not done that yet.
Step 2: Check your level in the UI and make sure you are at least Level 10, and preferably Level 11, to avoid the common issue where the game shows a codes field but refuses to redeem them.
Step 3: Click the Store or Shop icon near the top of the screen. In some layouts it appears as a red shopping basket, in others as a shopping cart or shop button on the left side.
Step 4: In the Store menu that opens, scroll all the way down until you see the code input field, usually labelled “ENTER CODE!” or similar, with a Redeem button beside or below it.
Step 5: Carefully type or paste one working code from the table in all capital letters into the field. Codes in Fish It are case-sensitive, so mismatched casing or extra spaces will cause an error.
Step 6: Press the Redeem button. If the code is valid for your account and all conditions are met, the rewards are added immediately to your inventory, potion list, or other relevant section. If redemption fails, you will see an error message and your inventory will not change.
How to confirm that a Fish It code worked
You can quickly verify a successful redemption by checking for these changes:
- A short success notification appears near the code field or in the chat area.
- Your potion counts increase to reflect the number granted by the code, for example an extra Luck II Potion.
- For item-based codes, the new rod skin, Leviathan Scale, bait, or Luck Totem becomes visible in the relevant inventory or equipment slot.
If none of these changes occur and you only see an error message, treat the code as failed for your account.
Why Fish It codes may not work
When a Fish It code shows as invalid or does nothing, it usually comes down to one of a small set of reasons:
- Level is too low. If you are below the functional threshold (often Level 11), the system will not accept codes even if the field is visible.
- The code has expired. Many event or milestone codes are only active for a limited period or until an update. Once removed, they always return an error.
- Special conditions are not met. Codes tied to the Leviathan's Den, the Leviathan quest, or other progression requirements only work if that content has been reached and completed on your account.
- Typing or spacing errors. Codes must match exactly, including capital letters and numbers, with no leading or trailing spaces.
- One-time usage. Most codes can only be redeemed once per account. If you already used a code previously, trying again will fail even while it is still active for new players.
When you encounter an error, check your level, confirm that the code is currently in the working section rather than the expired list, and then re-enter it carefully in all caps without extra spaces.
