FIX: “Photos in Camera Roll of iPhone cannot be imported” Error in iPhoto on Mac

  1. Disconnect your iPhone from your Mac.
  2. Open iTunes, go to Preferences » Advanced » and Reset All Dialog Warnings.
  3. Close iTunes.
  4. Connect your iPhone back to your Mac using a USB cable.
  5. You’ll get a Trust This Computer popup on your iPhone, tap Trust.

  1. This insanely-annoying problem persists. I did not appear to be able to successfully “Reset All Dialog Warnings,” but how would I know? Oddly enough, this is an intermittent issue, but mostly my iPhone 6 simply refuses to act the way the iPhone 4S used to act with this MacBook running OSX 10.7.5. The iPhone connection mostly NEVER comes together, and I have NEVER been able to successfully back up this iPhone using a connection to iTunes.
