The Loot Hacker Klombo Sprite is one of the 14 Loot Hacker variants that entered the Chapter 7 Season 4 loot pool on September 10, and it is comfortably the most awkward one to collect. Klombo’s base form is Mythic, it levels through an unusual feeding mechanic, and the Loot Hacker weighting on top of that rarity makes it a genuine grind rather than a lucky first-match find.
Quick answer: Buy the Loot Hacker Sprite variant Loot Hack in the lobby for 500 Sprite Dust, then open Chests until Klombo drops and extract it before you are eliminated.
What the Loot Hacker Klombo Sprite does
Every Loot Hacker variant keeps the ability of its base Sprite and stacks a loot bonus on top. Klombo grants random items each time it levels up, and it only gains levels when you feed it Health or Shield consumables. Item quality climbs with each level, so a fed Klombo turns into a steady item generator rather than a passive back bling.
The Loot Hacker layer increases the chance of items spawning from your active Loot Hacks. That bonus is a 1.2x multiplier applied to the base drop rate of whatever Loot Hacks you have running, and it stacks with the drop rate upgrades you buy with Sprite Dust. Summon cost is 0, and Klombo is spotted near high and mountainous areas.

Add to Google Preferences →Where Loot Hacker Klombo drops: Chests and Cheat Code chests
There are two realistic ways to find it in a match, and both are random. Cheat Code chests are the stronger option because their rarity tier skews which variants can appear. Klombo sits with the high-rarity group, so gold-tier chests are the ones worth detouring for.
| Cheat Code chest rarity | Best for these Loot Hacker variants |
|---|---|
| Rare (blue) | Jonesy, Bush, Overshield and other Rare-based variants |
| Epic (purple) | Sonic, Shadow, Tails |
| Legendary (gold) | Klombo and the remaining high-rarity variants |
Legendary chests can spawn naturally around the map, and there is also a low chance of one appearing after you use the Cheat Code Locator. Any rarity can technically roll any variant, so a blue chest is not a wasted open, just a worse bet for this specific Sprite.
Standard Chests are the second route. Ordinary Chests have roughly a 20 percent chance to drop a Sprite at all, and Loot Hacker variants only sit in that pool once you have unlocked them in the lobby. Land in a dense POI, clear the buildings, and keep opening rather than fighting.

Note: Loot Hacker Crown is the one variant awarded through mastery instead of drops. Klombo is not, so there is no shortcut and no requirement to master the base Klombo Sprite first.
Spend Sprite Dust to raise your drop chances
Extract the Sprite or the drop does not count
Finding it is only half of it. A Sprite you are carrying when you get eliminated is gone, and nothing is added to your collection. The moment Loot Hacker Klombo lands in your hands, stop hunting and head for an extraction point, or use a Portable Extractor if you have one banked.
You will know it worked when the extraction completes and the Sprite appears in your Sprite Garden and the Sprites tab of the collection, listed as the Hacker variant of Klombo. If it is not showing there, it was not secured, no matter how long you carried it during the match.
How rare is Loot Hacker Klombo, and the admin panel myth
Epic has not published a live drop percentage for the variant. Community tracking during the rollout put it around 0.01 percent, treating it as the rarest Sprite of the season, and the general behaviour lines up with that — Mythic base rarity plus Loot Hacker weighting is the worst possible combination for a collector.
There is also no hidden admin panel, root menu or instant unlock that hands you the Sprite. Videos showing a Fortnite “admin panel” overlay are edited mock-ups, and nothing in the live game grants a Sprite outside of drops, extraction and the Crown mastery reward. Anything promising an instant unlock is not a real mechanic.
Klombo Sprite variants compared
| Sprite | Tier | Bonus on top of Klombo’s base ability |
|---|---|---|
| Klombo Sprite | Mythic | Base form, no variant bonus |
| Gold Klombo Sprite | Special | Gold variant of the base Sprite |
| Cheat Master Klombo Sprite | Special | All inputs count as correct when entering cheat codes found in the world |
| Loot Hacker Klombo Sprite | Special | 1.2x chance of items spawning from your active Loot Hacks |
None of the variants replace the feed-to-level loop. You are choosing which extra benefit sits on top, which is why Loot Hacker Klombo ends up being the most loot-focused version of an already loot-focused Sprite.
Codes
Holographic inputters mounted on walls around the map accept directional sequences. Walk up to one, enter the arrows in order, and the matching Sprite unlocks on the spot.
| Sequence | Unlocks |
|---|---|
| Left, Down, Down, Up | Mega Man Sprite |
| Up, Right, Up, Left | Jonesy Sprite |

Realistically, the fastest path is the boring one. Unlock the variant Loot Hack, push the drop rate upgrades as far as your Sprite Dust allows, prioritise Legendary Cheat Code chests when you spot them, and treat extraction as the real objective rather than the Victory Royale. Trading with other players remains the only way to skip the randomness entirely.
