The Purge’s masked Statue of Liberty killer is now a Fortnite outfit. Lady Liberty arrived in the Item Shop on October 18th, 2026, with update v42.40 as part of Fortnitemares. She comes in a five-item bundle with a back bling, a pickaxe, an emote, and a weapon wrap. Several of these pieces do more than the shop preview suggests: they glow, react to damage, and keep a running tally of your kills.
Quick answer: The Purge bundle costs 2,000 V-Bucks, down from 2,800. Lady Liberty costs 1,500 V-Bucks on her own and includes the Purge Drone back bling.
The Purge bundle price and individual item costs
All five cosmetics belong to The Purge set and are sold together as The Purge 5 Item Bundle. Every item can also be bought on its own.
| Item | Type | Price alone |
|---|---|---|
| Lady Liberty | Outfit (Epic) | 1,500 V-Bucks |
| Purge Drone | Back Bling | 300 V-Bucks |
| Liberty’s Purge Torch | Pickaxe | 500 V-Bucks |
| Electrified Flex | Emote | 300 V-Bucks |
| Purge Counter | Wrap | 500 V-Bucks |
| The Purge Bundle | All five | 2,000 V-Bucks |
Adding up the column gives you 3,100 V-Bucks, but the shop lists the full set at 2,800. That’s because the outfit already includes the Purge Drone, so the drone’s 300 V-Bucks price only matters if you want the back bling without the skin. Against that 2,800 figure, the bundle saves you 800 V-Bucks. If you only want the outfit and drone, the 1,500 V-Bucks option covers both.
The shop listing says the items leave the Item Shop on October 29th, 2026 at 12:59AM GMT+1. That’s 11:59PM UTC on October 28th.
Lady Liberty outfit: Splatter styles and model details
Lady Liberty is an Epic-rarity outfit with her own head and body models. Her in-game description reads “A truly patriotic Purge participant.” She wears the franchise’s spiked crown mask and a long green dress, and the dress moves with you when you sprint, slide, or jump. The mask has a neon green glow that is much easier to see at night.
She has two selectable styles. Splatter (On) covers the dress and mask in blood, and Splatter (Off) keeps the fabric clean. You can switch between them in the Locker or at an in-match phone booth.
The outfit also changes slightly depending on your back bling. With any back bling equipped, a fabric strap on her shoulder folds out of sight. With the back bling slot empty, the strap hangs loose across her shoulder.
The Purge set accessories and how they behave
Purge Drone back bling
The Purge Drone is a small hovering machine with a skull face, attached tools, and propeller arms. Its description jokes that it “Has a 12-hour battery life.” The propellers are animated and spin faster when you run or jump. The drone has the same green glow as the outfit’s mask, so the two pieces match well in low light.
Liberty’s Purge Torch pickaxe
Liberty’s Purge Torch combines a torch with a sword. It has a glowing green blade, a wrapped handle, and the flavor text “For the free and the brave.” You hold and swing it with one hand like a sword. Swings leave visible trails, and hits on wood or other materials produce a splash effect on impact.
Electrified Flex emote
Electrified Flex (“Stay shocking.”) has your character hold up a sparking taser while laughing like a maniac. The laugh varies in pitch each time you play the emote, so repeated uses sound slightly different. It’s tied to the set but works with any outfit.
Purge Counter wrap
Purge Counter is tagged as both Damage Reactive and Elim Reactive. When you deal damage, the wrap’s green accents light up. When you get eliminations, green “X” marks appear on the weapon near the grip, up to three, so the gun keeps a visible tally of your kills.
Outfits that accept wraps, including Wrap Major, Glitch, and Verity, also pick up the pattern. On those skins, the neon Purge mask graphic and the elimination X marks appear on the clothing itself. On Wrap Major, for example, the tally shows up as small marks on the back of the jacket.
Lady Liberty mode support and the 12+ restriction
Each item in The Purge set has an age flag. The shop says it “can only be used in experiences rated 12+,” so the cosmetics won’t appear in islands with lower ratings. Mode support for the outfit is listed below.
- Supported: Battle Royale, Save the World, Creative, Fortnite Festival, and Rocket Racing
- Not supported: LEGO Fortnite and Fall Guys
Some players already own the outfit without paying for it. Top regional finishers in the Solo Battle Royale and Solo Zero Build Lady Liberty Cups on October 17th received Lady Liberty for free. With that tournament over, the Item Shop is now the only way to get her, either through the 1,500 V-Bucks outfit or the full 2,000 V-Bucks bundle, until the listing expires at the end of October 28th UTC.
