Fortnite Reload: How to Get the Simpsonified John Wick Skin Style

The Simpsonified John Wick style turns the assassin into a full Springfield cartoon character, and Epic Games is handing it out for free with the Fortnite Reload Simpsons update. It is not sold in the shop and it is not tied to V-Bucks. Instead, it is earned by playing Reload and clearing a set of quests, with one firm requirement attached.

Quick answer: Own the Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3 Battle Pass, then complete the Simpsons Reload Quests once they go live on July 30, 2026. The style unlocks automatically the moment you finish the required quests.

Requirements to unlock the Simpsonified John Wick style

Two conditions must both be true. Missing either one means the style will not appear in your locker, even if you play the mode.

If you finish the Reload Quests but do not own the Battle Pass, you still collect the other rewards attached to those quests. You just will not receive the Simpsonified John Wick style itself.

How to earn the style

Confirm you own the Chapter 7 Season 3 Battle Pass before you start. This is the gate that decides whether the style drops for you at all.

Load into Reload after the Simpsons update goes live. Springfield returns as a 50-player solo playlist in Reload, and it stays in play until August 3, 2026, before the map rotates back out.

Work through the Simpsons Reload Quests. These are tied to the new John Wick content on the map, including the John Wick Sprite, the re-looting chests, and The Confidential neutral zone, so playing around those systems is the fastest way to make progress.

Complete the full quest requirement. When the final quest clears, the Simpsonified John Wick style is added to your account and becomes selectable in the locker.

When you can start and how long you have

The Simpsons Reload update releases on July 30, 2026. Servers go down for scheduled maintenance at 4 AM ET and are expected back up around 6 AM ET, roughly a two-hour window. You can begin earning the style as soon as that downtime ends.

The quests arrive alongside the Fortnite 41.30 update, so they will not appear in-game until that patch is applied. You have about three weeks to finish the quests and claim John Wick, so there is no need to rush the whole set in a single session.

How to confirm the style unlocked

Once the required quests are marked complete, open your locker and select the John Wick outfit. The Simpsonified style will show as a selectable style option on the outfit. If it is not there, the two most common reasons are that you have not finished every required quest yet, or that the account you are playing on does not own the Chapter 7 Season 3 Battle Pass.

Note: the style is a cosmetic variant, so it attaches to the John Wick outfit rather than appearing as a brand-new standalone item. Check the style carousel on the outfit itself if you cannot find it as a separate entry.
