Every rank requires three droids deployed in your base. A droid recorded in your Droidex but not deployed won’t meet the requirement; one placed in the lounge does count. Droids of higher rarity can fill lower-rarity slots, so a Diamond R9 meets a Gold R9 requirement.

How the five rebirth paths cycle
Rebirth requirements are split into five paths, each demanding a different mix of droid models and rarities such as Stellar, Galactic, Kyber, and Beskar. Once you have super rebirthed, the droid list changes per path. Completing Path 2 moves you to Path 3, and so on, and after Path 5 you loop back to Path 1. Only the droid requirements change between paths; the credit totals stay the same. Path 5 is the most demanding of the five.
Updates may alter the requirements. FOAD, the developer, has changed the system before; one adjustment allowed mid-game ranks to accept all Legendary droids instead of requiring Rainbow variants alone. Check the current requirements at the Rebirth console before spending credits.
Keep the droids you need for later rebirths
Many required droids reappear at higher ranks, so selling one you already crafted can cost you hours of regrinding. Two safeguards prevent that.
- Park future-needed droids in your base lounge and equip a cone marker, such as the Cone of Coruscant, on their heads as a clear visual reminder not to sell them.
