Fast and Lotus is the weekly challenge running during the Autumn season of the Series 5 British Automotive playlist in Forza Horizon 6. The Autumn rotation went live on September 17, 2026, and it puts the 1999 Lotus Elise Series 1 Sport 190 at the center of four short driving tasks. Every objective has to be completed in that specific car.
Quick answer: In the 1999 Lotus Elise Series 1 Sport 190, earn 6 stars at Speed Traps, chain 4 Speed Skills, and finish 3 laps at the Shimanoyama Drift Attack circuit to unlock 25,000 Credits and 5 Forzathon Points.

Get the 1999 Lotus Elise Series 1 Sport 190
You need the car in your garage before anything else counts. If you do not already own it, buy the 1999 Lotus Elise Series 1 Sport 190 from the Auto Show for 47,000 Credits. It is also handed out as a reward for the Toys On The Road Seasonal Championship this week, which asks for an S1-class Track Toys car.

After adding it to your library, leave the Horizon Festival site or a garage in the Elise. Entering free roam while driving the Elise completes the first objective at once.
The Lotus handles the remaining tasks fine in stock form, since none of them set a performance or score threshold. If you want faster runs, an S1 tune from the tuner STEZA01 using share code 390 329 584 works well across the challenge.

Add to Google Preferences →Earn 6 stars at Speed Traps
Speed traps award stars based on how fast you cross the camera line. There is no minimum speed to score, so even six one-star runs will add up to the required total of six stars. Pick one trap and hit it repeatedly rather than hunting for new ones.

Good spots include the Ito Straight speed trap, where a long run-up lets the Elise cross well above 150 mph, or the River Split trap approached from the north. Build up speed on the straight before the camera, pass through it, then rewind and repeat until you reach six stars.
Switch to Horizon Solo from the Online menu before you start so the rewind feature is available, letting you re-run the same trap without driving back each time.

Earn 4 Speed Skills
Speed Skills trigger when you hold a high speed cleanly for a short stretch. The easiest way to farm them is to teleport to a highway or a drag strip and keep the Elise flat out on a long, open road.

Avoid crashing into traffic and stay on the tarmac, since collisions and going off-road break the skill chain. Watch the Skill HUD tick up, and once you bank the fourth Speed Skill a notification confirms the objective at the bottom of the screen.
Complete 3 laps at Shimanoyama Drift Attack
For the final task, complete three laps on the Shimanoyama Drift Attack circuit. Use the map to fast travel to the marked track, then begin driving and finish three laps with individual times recorded. Since no score is needed, run the laps normally or drift through them as you prefer.

If you prefer a dedicated drift setup, share code 161 767 116 tunes the Elise for the circuit. Finishing the third lap prompts a notification confirming the last objective is done.
Rewards and how to confirm completion
Finishing the full set of four objectives grants 25,000 Credits plus 5 Forzathon Points. Those points advance your Autumn Festival progress: reaching 20 points unlocks the 2015 Jaguar XKR-S GT, while 40 points unlocks the 2021 MINI John Cooper Works GP. Series 5 remains active until October 8, leaving the rest of the week to work toward both cars.
