How to confirm the banner is live
You will know Odette’s banner is available once the game finishes updating and the title screen loads Version 7.0. Open the Wish menu and look for Swan’s Shadow in Silken Ice on the Character Event tab, with Odette shown as the featured 5-star.
If the banner does not appear right away, the most common reasons are that maintenance is still running or that the client has not downloaded the new update package yet. Close and reopen the game once maintenance has ended, then let the update finish before checking the Wish screen again.
