Vesna is the Commander of the Druzhna and builds around the Stellar Swirl reaction, converting Cryo Swirls and spending Sword Essence on Spirit Blades. Vodyanitsa is the Prima Donna of the Korolevskiy Troupe, a healer whose Water Imp form shreds Hydro and Cryo resistance while buffing the active character’s attack. Both banners share the same three-week window, so pulling for both means splitting one pool of currency two ways.
Sixth anniversary rewards: 1,600 Primogems, 10 Fates, and two 5-star selectors
The anniversary falls on September 28 and is the single largest drop in Phase 1. The Missive of Grace thank-you gift delivers 1,600 Primogems straight to your in-game mail, and the Resplendent Starlight login track hands out 10 Intertwined Fates across seven cumulative check-in days. Together that is about 3,200 Primogems in value before you touch anything else.
Two free 5-star selectors sit alongside the currency. The standard selector unlocks from simply logging in after the update, while the limited selector is gated behind story progress. Both prompts require Adventure Rank 18 and appear as Tabletop Troupe: A Gathering on Adventure’s Eve and Across the Frozen Wilds, Honing One’s Edge.

Daily commissions carry the steadiest weight. Twenty-one days at 60 Primogems each works out to 1,260 Primogems, and missing days here is the most common reason an account falls short of its projected total. HoYoLAB daily check-in adds about 80 Primogems over the same window, and the character trial runs for the new units give another 40.
Paimon’s Bargains Stardust Exchange (resets October 1)
The monthly shop rolls over on October 1, refreshing the Intertwined Fate stock. You can buy 5 Intertwined Fates, worth 800 Primogems, using Stardust accumulated from wishing.
Open the Shop, pick Paimon’s Bargains, then Stardust Exchange, and the counter next to each Fate tells you how many you have left this month. Once the five are bought, the entry greys out until the next reset, which lands outside Phase 1.
Imaginarium Theater (resets October 1)
The Theater refreshes on the same date. Clearing up to Act 8 pays 620 Primogems, and finishing every act pushes the run to 1,000 Primogems. This is the biggest single swing in the Phase 1 total, so roster depth directly changes how many wishes you end up with.
Stygian Onslaught (resets September 30)
Stygian Onslaught refreshes on September 30 and pays 450 Primogems for finishing the first three stages. Rewards scale with how far your account can push, but the first three stages cover the Primogem portion most players are counting.
Events paying Primogems during Phase 1
The returning Moonchase Festival in Liyue centers on Silverwing in Pursuit of the Moon, available between September 24 and October 12. Expect roughly 920 to 950 Primogems, with three mini-games replacing domain grinding. Rewards include Silver Light, a 4-star event sword unavailable from every banner, four Tea-Scented Tassels to reach Refinement Rank 5, and a Crown of Insight.
Claim event milestone rewards as you cross each tier instead of waiting for the final day. The sword and its tassels vanish with the event window and cannot be obtained afterwards.
Predictive Victory Dynamics runs October 12 to October 20 for up to 420 Primogems, which means only its opening days fall inside Phase 1 — the rest lands after the banner switch. Vesna’s Patrol Mission adds a small 40 Primogem payout, and the web events tied to the version contribute roughly 170 more. Combined with achievements, the miscellaneous bucket of web events, achievements, and promo codes lands near 255 Primogems.
Redemption codes and update maintenance compensation

What does not pay out in Phase 1
Two sources people habitually count are missing from this half. There is no Spiral Abyss reset inside the Phase 1 window, and no new map region to explore, so chest and Oculi income does not apply either. Plan your budget without them.

Accounts that clear every Theater act and push deeper into Stygian Onslaught can reach closer to 9,900. Welkin Moon adds 90 Primogems a day, or 1,890 over the 21-day window, taking the total to about 11,565 Primogems and 72 wishes.
Against pity, that is a tight number. A wish costs 160 Primogems, soft pity starts around pull 74, and the hard pity guarantee arrives at 90. Sixty wishes does not reach hard pity on its own, and losing the 50/50 means chasing a guarantee that can stretch to 180 pulls, so Phase 1 income alone is not enough to secure both Vesna and Vodyanitsa without existing savings or carried-over pity.
Event start times can shift by server, and the in-game Events menu is the authority on when each window opens and closes. If Skirk or Escoffier is the actual gap on your roster, the safest play is to bank the anniversary Fates, finish the Archon Quests for the limited selector, and leave Phase 1 alone.
