Zarkaya’s Prime Ice Construct quest is a short building puzzle in Svetloledovka. She has an exhibition order from The Master that she has no interest in finishing, so she hands the work to the Traveler. The task is simple once you know the placement: add two Prime Ice cubes to a five-cube base so that every viewing angle matches the illustration she shows you.
Quick answer: Stand next to the camera facing the construct, then place one Prime Ice cube directly on top of the left block and one on top of the right block. The shape stays an upside-down U from above and lines up with the other two angles, completing the order.
Where to find Zarkaya in Svetloledovka
Zarkaya is in the southwestern part of Svetloledovka, up in the higher section of the area. Search the upper ground rather than the lower paths, since the quest marker sits near the top.

You will usually hear her before you see her, complaining out loud about The Master exhibition commissions. Approach her to start the quest. She talks through why she thinks the job is not worth her time, checks that you have some artistic ability, then shows you the Order Illustration and offers a reward for finishing it.

The construct starts with five cubes already in place, arranged in an upside-down U shape. Your job is to add two Prime Ice cubes so that all three angles in the illustration match: the view from the camera, the side view, and the top-down view. The order was sent from Snezhnograd, and the shape has to read correctly from every direction.

Exact cube placement
Note: The key is placing both cubes on the outer left and right blocks, not the center. Any other arrangement breaks at least one of the three required angles.
How to confirm the order is complete
Once both cubes are correct, the order from Snezhnograd registers as finished and Zarkaya thanks you. The dialogue confirms the piece is done and announces your payment, which is your signal that the puzzle was solved correctly.

Rewards
Zarkaya points you to a nearby Exquisite chest as your reward. It holds standard contents, including random artifacts and Primogems, along with Adventure EXP, Cryo Sigils, an Adventurer’s Tail Feather, and Mora.

Zarkaya makes no secret of why she skipped the job herself. She could take on five smaller commissions and earn the same pay as this single large order for each one, so she treats it as poor use of her time. Some may see the exhibition as a real chance for an artist, but her priority is keeping a full belly over chasing prestige, which is exactly why the task lands with you.
