Snezhnaya adds five free-to-play craftable weapons in Version 7.0, one for each weapon type, and Emberwell is the standout sword built around Stellar Glimmer damage. All of them are forgeable at any blacksmith once you unlock their diagrams inside Snezhnaya, so no wishes are required.
Quick answer: Buy each weapon’s diagram from Kuzmichev at the Kuznets Smithy in Snezhnograd by exchanging Snezhnaya gathering materials, then forge the weapon at any blacksmith using the matching Billet, 50 Rainbowdrop Crystals, and 50 White Iron Chunks.
Where to buy the blueprints in Snezhnograd
The diagrams are sold by a single vendor, and you pay for them with gathered materials rather than Mora.

Every diagram needs 10 Rainbowdrop Crystals plus two other regional ingredients. Here is the full list.
| Diagram (Type) | Exchange materials |
|---|---|
| Emberwell (Sword) | 10 Red Beet, 10 Rimecurrant, 10 Rainbowdrop Crystal |
| Song of the Vigil (Polearm) | 10 Lumifluorite, 10 Glaciafruit, 10 Rainbowdrop Crystal |
| Echoes of the Heart (Catalyst) | 10 Rimecurrant, 10 Lumifluorite, 10 Rainbowdrop Crystal |
| Blade of Atonement (Claymore) | 10 Snowball Flower, 10 Red Beet, 10 Rainbowdrop Crystal |
| Covenant of Frost and Snow (Bow) | 10 Glaciafruit, 10 Snowball Flower, 10 Rainbowdrop Crystal |
Where to gather the exchange materials
If you want all five diagrams, plan to collect roughly 20 of each regional ingredient. The routes below cover the fastest pickups.
| Material | Where to find it |
|---|---|
| Red Beet | Along the path to Morepesok. Teleport to the Inverted Glacier Domain and head north; look near the houses and enemy camps. |
| Rimecurrant | At the foot of the mountain southeast of The Korolevskiy Theater or west of Jack Frost Village, plus more along the Morepesok path. |
| Glaciafruit | At the foot of the mountain west of Jack Frost Village. Clear the Prime Ice to reveal three per sprout; a few sit loose on the ground. |
| Snowball Flower | Scattered across most of the map. Follow the Red Beet or Glaciafruit routes to pick up what you need. |
| Lumifluorite | The rarest one, with only about 50 on the map. Look for the floating purple spots on your map and teleport to nearby waypoints. |
| Rainbowdrop Crystal | Mostly in Nod-Krai. Dense clusters sit south of Silvermoon Hall, southwest of Starsand Shoal Island, and in the strait south of Amber Lake. |
Note: You also need Rainbowdrop Crystals to forge the weapons themselves, so mark those nodes and consider mining them in other players’ worlds with permission.
Forging the weapons after you own the diagram
Once a diagram is in your inventory, you can craft it at any blacksmith in Teyvat, not just in Snezhnaya.
You will know it worked when the recipe shows as learned in the blacksmith menu and the finished weapon appears in your inventory. If a recipe stays greyed out, you either have not bought its diagram yet or are missing a required Billet.
Weapon stats and passive effects
All five are 4-star weapons released with Version 7.0 on August 12, 2026. Stats below are at Level 90, and the passive is listed at Refinement 1. The percentage and flat values scale up as you refine, reaching the maximum at R5. “Stellar Glimmer reactions” refers to Stellar-Conduct and Stellar Swirl.
| Weapon (Type) | Lv. 90 stats | Passive (R1 → R5) |
|---|---|---|
| Emberwell (Sword) | 510 Base ATK, 165 Elemental Mastery | Elemental Reaction gives +16% ATK for 12s; a Stellar Glimmer reaction gives +16% Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG for 12s. Both scale to 32% at R5 and work off-field. |
| Song of the Vigil (Polearm) | 565 Base ATK, 110 Elemental Mastery | Elemental Reaction restores 4 Energy once every 9s; a Stellar Glimmer reaction gives +20% ATK for 12s. Scales to 8 Energy and +40% ATK at R5, off-field capable. |
| Echoes of the Heart (Catalyst) | 565 Base ATK, 27.6% ATK | Elemental Reaction gives +60 Elemental Mastery for 12s; a Stellar Glimmer reaction gives +16% Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG. Scales to +120 EM and +32% at R5. |
| Blade of Atonement (Claymore) | 565 Base ATK, 27.6% ATK | Elemental Reaction gives +64 Elemental Mastery for 12s; a Stellar Glimmer reaction gives +16% ATK. Scales to +128 EM and +32% ATK at R5. |
| Covenant of Frost and Snow (Bow) | 510 Base ATK, 51.7% DEF | For 12s after using an Elemental Skill, Elemental Mastery increases by 120. Scales to +240 EM at R5. No Stellar Glimmer condition required. |
Best characters for each weapon
Emberwell (Sword)
Emberwell rewards sword users who deal most of their damage through Stellar-Conduct and Stellar Swirl. The high Elemental Mastery and Stellar Glimmer DMG bonus make it a strong free option for those characters.

- Odette, Clorinde, Ayato, Kazuha, Keqing, Qiqi, Kaeya, Jean, Cryo Traveler
Song of the Vigil (Polearm)
This polearm suits characters who can consistently trigger Stellar Glimmer reactions to unlock the ATK boost, with the Energy regeneration helping burst-hungry units.

- Alyosha, Lohen, Flins, Ineffa, Escoffier, Cyno, Shenhe, Raiden Shogun, Rosaria, Xiao
Echoes of the Heart (Catalyst)
Like Emberwell, this catalyst gives a large damage chunk to anyone dealing damage through Stellar-Conduct and Stellar Swirl, thanks to its Elemental Mastery and Stellar Glimmer DMG bonuses.

- Prune, Ifa, Varesa, Mizuki, Xianyun, Wriothesley, Wanderer, Heizou, Yae Miko, Sucrose, Lisa
Blade of Atonement (Claymore)
This claymore fits characters that lean on ATK% as a core stat, since most of that ATK comes from triggering Stellar Glimmer reactions.

- Sandrone, Varka, Sayu, Chongyun, Razor, Beidou
Covenant of Frost and Snow (Bow)
The bow is the trickiest to place because it wants a character that values both DEF% and Elemental Mastery. It has no Stellar Glimmer condition, so its flat 120 Elemental Mastery still helps Stellar Swirl and Stellar-Conduct users.

- Linnea, Gorou
Because every diagram shares the Rainbowdrop Crystal cost and the weapons all use the same White Iron Chunks, the most efficient path is to gather your regional ingredients and crystals in one Snezhnaya and Nod-Krai sweep, buy every diagram in a single visit to Kuzmichev, then forge each weapon as its Billet drops from the Snezhnaya Trounce domains.
