Complete a brief event quest in Chenyu Vale to get it, learn it through your inventory, and cook it at any stove.

Requirements before you start

The Silverwing in Pursuit of the Moon event must be active in Version 7.1.
Progress in the event quest series Food Street Must Be Saved! up to A Taste Beyond Time, its third quest.
Access to Yilong Wharf, Chenyu Vale: Upper Vale in Liyue for fast travel.

Get the recipe from A Taste Beyond Time

Open the Events menu and select Silverwing in Pursuit of the Moon. Switch to the Wondrous Anecdotes page and choose A Taste Beyond Time to see its rewards, which include Recipe: Celestial Tea Crisp.

Press Go to Quest so it becomes tracked. Then teleport to Yilong Wharf in Chenyu Vale and move toward the marker.

Find Xiangling and Smiley Yanxiao among the people by the food stall. Getting close starts the cutscene titled “Take part in the tasting.”

Play through the tasting dialogue and talk to Zibai when prompted. Finishing the conversation completes the quest and drops the recipe into your inventory.

Learn the recipe and cook the dish

Open your inventory bag and go to the Precious Items tab. Find Recipe: Celestial Tea Crisp and select Use to add it to your cookbook.

Open any stove or cooking pot, then select Celestial Tea Crisp from the menu. Prepare it with the following ingredients:
