Rewards by membership tier

Every eligible member receives the same item bundle. How to claim and redeem your code

Open the Crunchyroll event landing page and sign in with an eligible membership. Mega Fan and Ultimate Fan subscribers can claim codes for both the gadget pet and the item bundle, while other qualifying members receive the bundle code.

Claim your reward code

Copy the reward code shown after you sign in. Each Crunchyroll account can claim the rewards only once, so save the code before you close the page.

Redeem the code through Genshin Impact on the America server. Make sure the account you use has reached Adventure Rank 2 or higher, since the items are delivered through in-game mail.
